We stayed at The Atherton while in Stillwater for The Boys From Oklahoma concert. Every person we encountered was incredibly nice and professional- valet, registration desk, breakfast attendants, and on the phone (I’d called with a question earlier in the week). ||The location was great and we were a (very) short walk all from the stadium. The rooms aren’t huge but we’re perfect for a night or two. We heard no noise from the hall or adjoining rooms which I loved. Everything is themed for OSU so lots of orange. ||Breakfast was in the The Ranchers Club and was great (eggs, bacon. biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and fresh fruit). The restaurant and bar areas were all nice. ||We talked to some locals at the concert and said we were staying at The Atherton and they also said how nice it was. It was a little over $600 with tax and valet for one night so definitely on the high end. It was totally worth it based on location.

this is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right on the OSU campus. the rooms are quiet and comfortable with all the bathroom amenities including a tv in the bathroom! and the bathroom mirror is warmed so it does not fog over. breakfast is good but nothing special. my only negative is the cost of parking which i feel is excessive.

What a great stay. Close to everything on campus. Room was very comfortable and updated either a frig and microwave. Valet parking available for $15 day. $2 hr paid parking also available. Next to Student Union. Hot Breakfast buffet was available with the room and was good. Lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing spot right on campus. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are so cute and well designed. Wonderful breakfast too!

The room was very very cozy. The staff were all on top of the game greeting me at the door, assisting with bags, and parking. Front desk was very polite and helpful with ideas for food. I did not eat at the lovely restaurant because I got in right at closing. However, at the college campus they had plenty of students working for door dash. The bed was comfy, the halls were quiet, & there is plenty to do nearby. 10/10

First visit to Stillwater for work and happy to have chanced upon this hotel vs. a chain. Quiet night since it’s a Sunday and things are closed. Room is charming and celebrates all things OSU.

We stayed at The Atherton for two nights for a wedding that was nearby. Overall, I would recommend The Atherton over any of the other hotel options in the area.

The furniture in the room was in need of a little refresh but was otherwise clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was that the bathroom had a strange design - the toilet was off center in the WC so it was really close to the wall which was a little awkward and the shower stall was tiny. Several other relatives were staying there and it sounds like the rooms all have slightly different layouts so it is probably the luck of the draw.

The valet was quick and the staff was efficient. We really enjoyed the restaurant/bar in the hotel and had wonderful service there both nights.

We stayed here while helping our relative move to Stillwater to go to OSU. We had looked at reviews of some other places and chose to stay at the Atherton because it had a lack of negative reviews. We were greeted warmly at the front desk upon arrival and our room was lovely and clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed and the shower under the dormer was cool. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast had the best full size thick cut bacon, among other items. I was impressed.
