AirBnB style retro super updated and cute motel. No front desk but host was very attentive and helpful. Adorable room with amenities as described. Good price with one time cleaning fee so longer stay is a net gain. There is a security deposit that is refunded when room is unharmed. The decor is fantastic. Bonus poolside furnishings and a corn hole game. Very pleasant. Bed was not super comfortable for my husband.

We booked through Expedia and were a bit thrown off by the security requirements to complete the reservation. I tried to call the hotel to ask some questions, but the number available on Google was not valid. This raised further concern. I was able to get in touch with the owner via email and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. We had no issues with our reservation. You can tell the hotel is a remodeled motel; but it was charming and priced within reason. We enjoyed our room and the location of the hotel. We would book again.

We stayed in November and could not beat the price! The walls are thin but the rooms are well lit and clean. Booked through Air BnB, Vince was responsive and eager to help. No issues checking in or out.

Only caveat is north of downtown Chandler can get a little seedy at nighttime, just be aware of your surroundings and you're going to be fine. Would absolutely stay here again.

Decided not to book this place. Do not want to deal with any business who is not upfront with total cost. We absolutely will not send pictures of our personal information. We will not give any deposit that isn't capable of immediate return... The booking here needs a new system, as almost all of the rooms in the area are already booked but here... I am sure the rooms are really nice but, for a disabled person living on a fixed income, this kind of business behavior upsets me. Explain your costs ahead of time... I can imagine this place leaving lot's of people stranded 😪 showing up exhausted from travel and possible taxi/Uber costs. With no office staff to handle any problems, extra surprise expenses and sending of private information being an impass. Then what.... Really wish it were proper. Thank you very much for the warning in the reviews... many people read them and hope to make a difference myself.

After going through something close to a Homeland Security check in, I was reluctant to stay here. When I got there it was a really cute room and I had high hopes. The one and only night (I got another hotel room) I stayed was the worst night I’ve ever had at any motel/hotel. The walls are paper thin and I had to fight for my television volume with my neighbors. To top that off one neighbor stayed up talking all night long, it sounded like they were in the same room as mine. I finally got up at 4am and they left at 5am. Too late for any sleep. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The cheap price was not worth a sleepless night.

The hotel was beautiful ! But man the customer service was absolutely terrible!!!! Our AC went out and our landlord was going to fix it so we had to stay at a hotel over the weekend!!! This hotel said it was pet friendly BUT IT IS NOT!? You have to pay a pet fee which yes I completely am okay with that and It is understandable but if your dog sheds DO NOT GO HERE….. I took the time before we left and I swept the entire room but there was a little fur left over which it is hard to get it all. Plus no where in the buying process for the room does it say you have to pay a $200 security deposit but you do. also you have to take a picture of yourself and your ID which is weird… on top of that they have no one there to help you. We were sitting outside for an hour with our dog at 113 degree weather not knowing what to do. And every time I would call they’d answer one question and the hang up on me. We wiped all the counters and checked off the list of things to do before leaving and me sitting over here waiting the 5 business days for my stupid refund for the deposit that was never stated before we booked the room because if we would have known I would have went somewhere else.. I’m sorry but if you say you are pet friendly and require a pet deposit and yet continue to keep my 200 dollars because of some dog hair like seriously…. If I could rant y’all -10 stars I would. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE…

Booked through Airbnb and had a really positive experience. The host was very proactive in communication, and the room was clean and adorable. Love that there was a ukulele to play in the room. My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, and you can definitely hear neighbors, but they do have quiet hours beginning at 10pm so as long as you're not a light sleeper with an early bedtime you'll be just fine.
