Texas Rex BBQ is the best! I hired him to cater my cater my Christmas Eve party and it was fantastic. He was on time and he set everything up quickly and efficiently. He prepared the food exactly as I asked, taking into consideration dietary restrictions, so all of my guests could enjoy it. The brisket and chicken were so flavorful and tender.
