i dealt with nathan at texan water. we ended up not needing services after all and wouldnt have known that without nathans help. he went out of his way to check our well situation. after further checking and getting quotes and just simply interacting with other businesses over the phone it was very clear to me if i ever do need any service this company provides they will hands down have my business. he was genuine with his help went out of his way to offer his help on his own time and was honest. local community business and seems very humble, kind and still HUMAN except hes a good human.

We ultimately decided to go another direction but got to the permit stage with this company. They were very prompt, professional and communicative. I would highly recommend them. Austin Noah made sure we were updated all along the way!

I'm glad you took the time to look at this review. Many people only do reviews when they're unhappy with a product or service. This is actually two reviews in one. My neighbor had Texan Water do his well and cistern 3 years prior to my need for a well. He liked their prices, service, timeliness and has overall satisfaction. Fast forward 3 years later and, having heard my neighbor's review, I chose to get a bid for just the well, no holding tank etc. My bid was 3 times the price as his only three years later. Now, I totally understand price increases over time but not a 300% increase over that time period. My neighbor still had his original proposal so we compared bids side by side and line by line. Everything was triple the price. Did gas increase by 300% over that time? No. Are they paying employees 300% more over that time? No. We have inflation in this era no doubt but we can't even blame Biden for a 300% increase. That leads me to the assumption of supply/demand and gouging "because we can". I subsequently looked elsewhere and YOU too should shop around. This review gets a 3 because my neighbor was happy with them overall but I would never use them with their pricing practices.

Great team drilled my new well and completed it. They also replaced and pump at my bed and breakfast and got the well all in compliance and up to date. Such nice guys they have working for them and did a great job. I will use them again .
