The tofu dinner dish & lunch veggie sandwich were my favorites. 4 stars because the prices are high—I wish a meal plan was included in the booking cost without having to upgrade.

Leek garlic potato mash with the filet was dynamite. Broccolini was a bit salty. The hen of the woods was also very good. The hearts of palm crab cake was delicious but expensive. Butternut squash dish was beautiful and fun. Veggie sandwich was amazing. And the blue chips with carrots and guacamole was fun.

Not a lot of nut free options, but they were clearly labeled.

I was surprised there were only 2 choices of non-alcoholic beverages considering it’s in a wellness space. I ordered the Sonoran sunset, which had a strong rose taste. Would have preferred something more fruity. Pretty drinks though. Pear’d up was not as sweet as expected for a pear drink.

Terras offered great vegan and plant-based dishes. I was so happy with the seasoning, the different and creative combinations of flavors. My favorite was the butternut squash carpaccio. The subtle citrus flavor, perfectly blended with a hint of sweetness and saltiness, just a beautiful dish! The mushroom bolognese was super amazing, it chose a light tomato sauce that was refreshing, with slight acidic flavor coming through from the tomatoes, combined with the umami of the mushrooms and the deep flavor created by the walnuts; the tagliatelle was sooooo yummy, perfectly al dente! The seared scallops were perfectly cooked, the charred broccolini and the creamy sauce combined with the scallops so well! Also had the protein bowl for lunch, the jackfruit was seasoned so well and the entire bowl was super healthy yet flavorful, making a very satiating and satisfying meal. Everything at Terras was healthy, beautifully and creatively flavored. Love everything about it!

Had couple dinners and a breakfast here. Overall it’s quite nice with room for improvement. I chose to sit at their outdoor tables which are the best way to dine. The indoor space had an odd smell to it - didn’t make for an appetizing environment to sit in. Not sure what the smell was, but a deterrent. Menu is nicely curated. Great cocktail menu. The food menu is fairly limited so if you were spending more than 3 days at Civana it might get repetitive to eat there. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. The salmon is not wild caught, and don’t order the side of potatoes (super dry and tasteless). Also they do have a spectacular beef burger off the menu - so if you eat beef you can ask for it. Other than that enjoy the cocktails, the crudo, tacos, shishito peppers, etc. Enjoy!

Service is pretty good, servers are great and very helpful. Food is ok/average, kind of tasteless actually, especially for the price. For the high-end experience Civana sells, I would expect something much better. It is our second time here, and I expected improvements on the food & menu, as the last time we came was two years ago and it was equally average. The menu is very limited, under a “healthy” proposition - they have a full service bar however so at that point, food options, sauces and sides could be broader as well. Dinner is ok, lunch is a serious issue if you’re taking classes or exercising all day - extremely limited options.

This place was absolutely divine. A perfect place to go before or after your treatment! I personally recommend the salmon, the zucchini enchiladas, and the beet hummus. Honestly, it’s all delicious! Also Sandy is an excellent hostess and will make your stay even better than it already is.

New year day brunch at Civana was ahhhhmazing!! Here’s a quick vid of what they offered at their on site restaurant Terras yesterday . The Champagne Superfood Brunch had everything to help jumpstart a healthy and flavorful new year. The best part, it was $25pp and included all of your coffee, fresh juices and MIMOSA!! I was blown away by the detail to each dish. The omelet station included shrimp, the waffles were flavorful and the fresh pressed juice was so so good!

Great gluten free and vegan options. Incredible flavors and experience. I honestly would’ve expected it to be more expensive than it was! We will definitely come back.
