Went in on my lunch break! They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted with kindness and speedy quick efficiency! They made my bowl with so much TLC!! I’m 100/100 impressed with the customer service, the location is great, the environment inside is welcoming and warm, and needless to say the food is AMAZING!!!! Absolutely SUPERB!! I will be coming back soon!!!

The food was pretty good although I had thought I was going to get a better deal due to the menu Google maps had up (should’ve seen the 5 years ago timeframe) but either way I tried it and the food was great.

Do I wish it could’ve been a little faster, yes
Do I wish it could’ve been a little cheaper, YES

But I was happy with the food they gave me and it is a good meal if you’re going to have something once in awhile.

Normally I love places like this but they absolutely hammer their chicken here. Bummer because I've always been partial to places like this for food food. Please work on your chicken cook so I can try again!

We’ve been to this Teriyaki Madness many times in the past, but I knew something was different as soon as we got here. The service was quick and professional. Most of all the bowl was so much better than ever. We had the teriyaki and the spicy chicken with brown rice and vegetables. The chicken was tender and delicious and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. We’ll be coming more often for sure!

The girl working the counter turned away the guy in front of us by telling him it would be a 20 minute wait. When we got to the counter at 7:55 the wait had grown to 30 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. We ordered undeterred by the wait and before running the card she informed us that the restaurant closed at 9. Thinking this a bit odd since it wasn't even 8 I asked if we were still eating at 9:00 if we would be allowed to continue eating in the dining room? Her response,"I really need to close this area at 9". It really seemed like she was not interested in any more business for the last hour they were open so we left. Terrible customer service.

As a delivery person this is the one place in town where the order has yet to be r3ady once upon arrival. I have to wait minimum 10+ minutes each time and the place is usually empty. I can't blame the sweet girl who works up front but there is a breakdown in the process of receiving and cooking/completing orders. I dread when an order for here comes up and often decline.

First time eating here, since I'm not from this area. I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I was blown away! The food was delicious. I got a spicy teriyaki chicken bowl, yaki style. Nice flavors, chicken wasn't dry, and the veggies tasted fresh. My receipt says the cashier's name is Justin H. He was very nice and polite. Props to whoever hired Justin. He also gave me the option of a fork or chopsticks, which I appreciate because I prefer chopsticks, but most places just put a fork in the bag. Thank you very much for the overall great experience. I will definitely be back!

So this is a re-review. After a friend of mine told me his experience and how good it was, I decided to give it another go. I am glad I did. The food really was good this time around. I had the spicy chicken. Not very spicy but it was tasty. Brown rice and veggies stuffed in a good size bowl. I ordered the regular. Very filling. I ordered my kiddo the Chicken Yakisoba which could feed three people for the same price of my bowl haha. Much better opinion of the place now.
