What an unexpected blessing for my family! We planned a non traditional Thanksgiving dinner and made attempts to order take out. To our dismay, many restaurants were closed until we happened upon A Taste of Tanna. I soon realized the family was having their holiday gathering and turned to leave. To my surprise, I received a warm welcome that included a free meal for my family. Thank you for blessing us! We’ll be back to support your business and tell others about your amazing food! Answered the phone promptly. Large portions of food! Some for now and later. I didn’t have to add seasoning. I will ask for extra gravy the next time. Go and get Sunday’s Soul food from Taste by Tanna😋 Tanna is so nice. She goes over and beyond‼️

I really wanted to like this place based on the reviews! I’d be open to trying another time, unfortunately we were disappointed in the sides. The fried chicken and pork chops were fried to perfection and the woman working/cooking behind the counter was super sweet fortunately. Mac n cheese is my favorite dish so I was disappointed that it was so underwhelming like baked kraft mac n cheese almost, maybe it was an off day. There was also an unpleasant smell, like sewage or water pipes can’t really describe it but if we try again I’l be calling my order in to quickly get in and out. The menu was limited on Sunday so I’d like to try some of the things mentioned in the other reviews.

The soul food is amazing. The fried pork chop is so juicy and fried to perfection. The Mac and cheese melts in your mouth. The philly and wings are also great.. this place is a must try. The owner is so sweet. I definitely recommend this establishment

I am so excited that we can choose soul food and much more from the menu. We dont have too many places that sell homemade good cooking soul food. I enjoy the comfort of the restaurant, affordable food prices, the staff is nice and the place is clean. I will definitely be back!!

Great wings from TbT. I had lemon pepper, honey bbq and sweet chili which is my fav. They have a great and simple menu from wings to salads. I actually went back to get more wings in a 6 hr period. Definitely gonna be my new wing spot. A must have!!

We finally stopped at this hidden gem and were not disappointed. It was such a beautiful day and a slushy sounded great. One word...WOW! Tanna exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to go back and try other menu items.
