The girls that work at this location were incredibly rude from the very beginning. After seeing the comments before mine, although unfortunate, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who has encountered this type of service. Clearly the owner/manager needs to hire some new staff. We will not be back.

Was a little before 8, closing time, and the lady said she was closed & had already cleaned everything. She also commented “bro we close in a few minutes anyways”. Super disrespectful, I feel like if you close at a time, that’s when you stop serving and THEN clean everything. Hope mangers read this so they know their employees are cutting corners.

Terrible service every time I attempt to order from this location. They always say 20 min wait and I think it’s because they are hoping I just walk away. Today they told my husband 20 mins because the staff from the night before didn’t wash the stuff, so he got his money back. They act like it’s a huge hassle to serve people.

The girl that was working at 12:30pm 8/4/21 was super kind! Absolutely made My day when I was having a very bad one. Wish I could’ve left her a tip but I payed before and i had no cash on me.

Never coming back this girl Hannah makes my drink wrong EVERY SINGLE day and then gives me the shittest attitude when I ask her to make it correctly she never smiles she just sneers and says 'I already made it right' um no you didn't becuase I wouldn't be complaining about it... walked in the other day heard her talking crap about me to one of her co workers and even said a very loud told you when she had to remake my drink NOT impressed at all not when I can just as easily make my coffee at home so I don't have to deal with her terrible attitude. It's funny how I can never get my drinks made right here but up in portland they make it no problem...

I was unfortunate enough to have Molly make my drink. Her attitude is horrible and her coffee if worse. I will never buy from this Starbucks if Molly is working.
