I have had the worst experience ever with lash extensions that I completely swore them off! I'd just have to miss out!
First mistake, no matter how great a deal, lash extensions are not to be put on at a nail salon... Or I should say, by someone not certified and educated. There's a reason people go to school for it! I always had nothing for natural lashes and had to always cake on layers of mascara.. happy when they came out with 3d fiber mascara...
I really wanted to try lash extensions. I went and got them done and for the time being I absolutely loved them! I had lashes, and realized how it cut my time down drastically for what all I needed to do. If the lashes look good enough, you don't need much of anything else! However I hit a rough patch and couldnt get them done again and I let them come off naturally. I was devastated. I had less natural lashes than I did before. I had nothing! It was so bad that I couldn't even wear mascara because there was nothing for it to hold onto! I was literally painting my eyelids black! I was so crushed! It wasn't even worth it! It bothered me so bad I invested in latisse. Thankfully it worked like a charm. My lashes were better than they ever were. I vowed I would stick with that and never go through that again. But life happens still and latisse gets super expensive.. so I started researching lash techs.. I came across a few, but only Tara at Tammy and Company took her time really to answer all my questions, discuss my concerns and what my goals were. She also tells me what happened in my past experience should not have happened and if she does my lashes that it won't happen..I felt that was a good guarantee.
I get in with Tara she does them and I love them! They are stunning!
Unfortunately, bad timing. My husband had gotten me a surprise appointment set up for Mother's Day to do permanent eyeliner! So I had to remove my extensions. Amazingly, after removing them manually like I did (would not recommend. Could have had Tara do it, but wanted to wait until the very last second to take them off since I just got them and love them)I see my natural lashes looked just as they did before. Like I never had extensions on! I knew then I'd be going to Tara for good! Not only is Tara AMAZING with lashes, but she is the most Beautiful person inside and out! I can be having a horrible day, or just a blah week week.. not really in a mood for conversation.. and Tara always manages to have the greatest vibes and attitude that I always end up spending my entire time with her talking my head off, but always feeling so much better and in a better place when I leave there! I'm so glad I found her! I couldn't imagine recommending anyone better when she is the best!
