The rooms are comfortable. I had my best sleep I’ve had in a while. Rooms are quiet, and clean. Management and staff are top notch, friendly and resolve any issues that may come up in a timely and professional manner. The remodel looks great. There are some things that are still being worked on. The breakfast is good, with amazing coffee. Management and staff go above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve enjoyed an extended stay here. The owners are very friendly and professional. The rooms are very quiet, spacious, and clean. The beds are super comfy. The breakfast is a blessing. The coffee was surprisingly very good (no offense but most places that offer coffee don’t offer good coffee). The housekeeping lady was sweet, too. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good, clean place to stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for several months while we waited to move into our new house. We have been nothing but pleased by our experience here. The property and the people are top notch. Any problem that was brought up was addressed quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tahlequah that is both safe and clean, look no further.

My small family and I, my wife and two children left the Eastern Band of Cherokee visiting Cherokee Nation for the first time, and this experience was incredibly disheartening. After driving 800 miles to Tahlequah, I was met with hostility and a terrible incident at this establishment.

Early in the morning, as I was heading downstairs to grab breakfast before checking out, I was accosted by management. They fabricated a story that I was causing drama in the hallway—this was absurd, as I had literally just woken up and was simply walking toward the stairs. Despite having done nothing wrong, the manager confronted me aggressively, claiming I was disturbing others, and escalated the situation by calling the police.

To make matters worse, they outright refused to let me or my family have the complimentary breakfast that was included in the price of the two rooms I paid for. They treated us with complete disrespect, denying us the basic amenities offered to all guests, and made us feel less than human.

The situation culminated in the manager banning my wife, my two small children, and me from ever staying at this hotel again. We had done nothing to warrant such treatment. This was supposed to be a meaningful trip, but the disrespect and injustice we experienced here were shocking and unacceptable.

If you are planning to visit Tahlequah, especially as a member of the Native community, I strongly caution you to avoid this establishment. The behavior we encountered was unprofessional, discriminatory, and outright hostile. This is no way to treat guests, let alone a family.

THIS PLACE IS NICE AND CLEAN. If guests would not be pigs and mistreat the space id highly doubt theyd be having to do so much renovations.
I was super worried coming to stay here. I had read about bedbugs and such at other places. However, upon arriving i was greeted by a very sweet lady. I wanted a king bed room for me and my daughter (who’s very young). It was 9 or 11 and we had just drove 19ish hours. She let us check in early and gave us a suite because she didnt have any regular kings available. They have made a lot of updates as it appears. New paint, new beds, working on the pool. Honestly, the most inconvenient thing about staying here is that the elevator didnt work. Stayed for 2 nights. Never saw bugs or met a rude person. Would recommend for an economical solution.

I work as a painter at the Cherokee tribe new hospital currently under construction and I have been staying at this motel for a year through Dannix painting. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciate regular room service and continental breakfast in morning.owners just remodeled the motel.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and will not be returning. The worst hotel! The odor inside was unbearable, forcing me to hold my breath or wear several lays of face mask while walking inside of the building. Additionally, the chairs in the room were extremely dirty, which made my stay even more uncomfortable. The breakfast is super simple. Please don't only look at the prices. It is not worth it.
