Site 52. Semi-level, gravel, full hook-up. No space at all for a picnic table or fire pit. The spaces are very tight, you can watch your neighbors TV and see their dinner on the table. This is an end site so we were able to position our trailer a little more to the drivers side. The shared water spouts, shore power boxes and sewer spots are located to the far back passenger side. Make sure to bring additional electric, water and sewer connections. Upon arrival, red ant hills became an immediate problem. I was attacked badly. We stopped setting up to make a trip to Home Depot for ant killing products and first aid treatments. I highly recommend having these products ready. The campground seemed to be more for permanent locals. Some of the sites where rundown and not maintained. If you are looking for a 1 - 2 night stay, with close access to Atlanta then this might work for you. No thrills camp spot. |The staff is great with communication and making sure campers understand the need for additional hook-up equipment. Check-in was easy, we just went right to our spot. We appreciated the great communication with Jonathan. Our travels to the area were following hurricane Helene. He made sure access to the campground could accommodate our 26 ft travel trailer. The main entrance was flooded and impassable. He gave us an option to use the narrow and tight turn route or receive a FULL refund. We opted to continue with our plans to arrive. No issues for us, using the back entrance. The next day the main entrance reopened. Absolutely appreciate the options.

level spot, nice laundry room, manager good at answering texts but was not in the office when he said he would be so we had to wait/hope to catch him. the trains were crazy loud and frequent-so bad that we could not sleep despite ear plugs and fans and decided to leave a day early. see train schedule below-if you are sensitive to noise I would not .

We booked here because we were looking for a place to stay that was close to the Georgia Convention Center - and this place was perfect. Upon arrival, on Saturday, we called the number posted in the office and they immediately answered. They accommodated our request to pick a different spot and were very kind and hospitable. We had a great stay, no one bothered us, everyone kept to themselves. Facilities and grounds were clean. Staff was extremely pleasant. They tell you straight up that this is a very basic campground, and it is. There is nothing other than a laundry facility and bathrooms on site, but across the street is a playground for kids. I have 4 children and they rode their bikes and scooters around the campground without issue, then rode their bikes to the park across the street, without issues. Overall, it was a great experience in a convenient location, which is what we needed. Thank you to Sweetwater.

I've been here a year now. The staff are all very friendly, have good communication with the occupants, and take good care of the grounds. Prices are comparable to other parks in the area. This location is close enough to get anywhere you want in under 20 minutes, but seculded enough to remain peaceful all hours of the day and night. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. There's a decent sized park across the street for exercise or dog walking, and it is walking distance from a few gas stations, restaurants, and a dollar general if you don't have a car to drive

This RV Park is tucked away in a forested area. Great communication prior to arrival made everything go smoothly, Miss Lisa even saved us from having to switch sites to accommodate our 6 night stay. Hook ups worked, bath house was clean, laundry facilities were clean and in good working order. Our site was level and long enough to accommodate all our stuff. A small nearby park was perfect for dog walks. Kroger's was 5 minutes away. The area felt safe - walked my dog early and late. Long term residents were very friendly. We were on the go every day and this location worked well for us.

We recently stayed at Sweetwater Creek RV Park for one night as we migrated north. While it's nothing fancy, Jonathan is very transparent about that, and we appreciated his honesty. The park is clean, quiet and easily accessible, making it a convenient stopover on our journey. If you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills place to rest, Sweetwater Creek RV Park is a solid choice.

This place is more like a RV storage lot with people living in it than it is a RV Reserve. They damaged our RV by mowing their gravel lot with a mower with no guard on it. you could hear the mower hitting all the rigs and cars with rocks. I'll attach a picture of the damage done to our rig. It wasn't even worth bringing up to the management while there. You can tell by his responses to other reviews that he's not a professional and is definitely the person running this place into the ground. We never saw 1 person working in the office. Be prepared to show proof of insurance apon arrival. Which they don't tell you until you arrive and via text message. Be prepared to have the front door of your rig about 3 feet away from your neighbors back side. We had 20' of sewer line and had to go buy another 10' piece because of how far the sewer inlet is. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer. The abandoned campground up the road with all the homeless people living in it looks like a better option. Have a great do Jonathan 😉

Been here for several months now. The location is perfect for all your needs. Everything is within a few miles of you. Campground is clean, quiet and all neighbors are very friendly. Outside main entrance is a playground for the kiddos or even for yourself to enjoy. I highly recommend them for your next vacation or long term rentals.
