10/05/24 was my wedding day and it was the best day ever! Allyson and staff did so amazing at decorating and setting up and I will just say that Allyson made it so much more special going out of her way for us!! I get that, not everyone has had the same experience here and I’m just trying to wrap my head around it. If I was confused on certain things in the contract, I asked more than once so I understood 100%. Communication is key and it works both ways! Which brings me to my next point, in the contract it clearly states that if you don’t get a response in 48 hours to message again and I’ll be honest, it even took me a day or two to respond to messages simply because life gets busy especially while raising a family. I can’t imagine running a business and raising a family so if anything I applaud Allyson for what she does! Was anything set up when I got there the morning of the wedding other than the stuff I decorated at rehearsal dinner the night before? No, BUT the staff was working on it when I got there that morning and I trusted that it would all be done before ceremony began because we had our meetings and let’s be honest, they know what they’re doing, if there was any confusion in the meetings, we cleared it up, therefore, I had zero doubts! THAT is why my experience was so great! I didn’t assume anything, I didn’t change or add anything on the day of, everything we discussed in the meetings was done on that day and it was stress free! I’m a firm believer in “you get what you give.” Everyone can point fingers but at the end of the day, take a look in the mirror and really ask yourself what caused it, Whether it was last minute changes or not questioning your concerns to the owner in the 3 meetings you’re given! Everything was so beautiful and I can’t thank Allyson enough for making my dream wedding come to life! I highly recommend using sweetbelle farms!

Allyson and her team exceeded our expectations. She truly cares about her bridal clients and goes above and beyond! Allyson helped our vision come to life and answered any questions we had. We were able to work together to create our dream wedding! The food is outstanding and the florals were incredible! From the rehearsal dinner to the day of the wedding Allyson ensured everything flowed seamlessly. We were so thankful and grateful we chose Sweetbelle Farms for our special day. I was a guest at a wedding last night. We arrived early, and there were some issues that NEVER got addressed. The trash cans also had trash from earlier, and almost overflowing during event. ALL the toilets were filthy, floors weren't cleaned.

My daughter and son in law were married earlier this month and let me tell you, Allyson was so sweet and kind to us all. She made my daughters wedding day so very special. We could not have asked for a better host than Allyson. My daughter had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding and it was everything she had ever dreamed of and more. Allyson and staff, I will never forget how sweet and kind you all were to myself and our family. I understand now why it is called Sweet (Allyson) belle Farms. You guys totally rock.

I had an incredible experience as a bride with Sweetbelle. Allyson is an incredible event planner. I love the pick and choose on inclusive amenities and there is so much she provides that MANY venues in Oklahoma do not.

Allyson went above and beyond. I didn’t have one. Single. Stressor. On my wedding day.

The day of our wedding, one of the staff members on the catering team had a medical emergency and Allyson handled it with extreme professionalism knowing she needed to take care of her staff member and get a replacement to keep the day flowing. She told people in the wedding party who needed to know, but I had NO IDEA until the day after the wedding. I was so impressed with how that was handled. The day of can be so stressful for a bride and she kept it under wraps for me and took care of it (as a coordinator should)!

My last brag… Allyson is a PHENOMENAL florist. I actually didn’t think I cared about my bouquet and the day of Allyson blew me away when she revealed my bouquet! It photographed BEAUTIFULLY and completed my bridal look.

My brother just had a wedding there and the owner turned there good day into a stressful day. Owner is very unprofessional. Once you sing the contract she turns into a totally different person. Nothing was down right. Nothing would have gotten done if friends wasn’t there helping decorate when she got paid extra to decorate she was supposed to have all the decorations she didn’t we had to bring them And she lied constantly and blamed everyone else for her not doing her job. She pretty much just a scammer. I would just find another place.

Looking back now, it still bothers me to this day. One month before my wedding I reached out to touch base with Allison about the details of my wedding. Confirming and doing a final rundowns. Allison made promises she backed out on. Promised cutlery and plates for my guest if I hired her family’s diner to cater. Then backed out from that promise, leaving me with last minute running around to gather plates, cups, silverware and napkins for my wedding. All things I was not prepared for financially or mentally. She promised I could use my “photo session” time to set up the day before but then took that back as well, leaving me to scramble the day of my wedding to set up. The chicken was raw in the middle of the food prepared for my guests, and I spend thousands on food for this wedding. She claimed it was only my chicken that wasn’t cooked, but after the wedding I had several guest reach out to me and inform me their food was under cooked too. A refund for the undercooked entrees, would’ve been nice but none was offered. I would’ve taken in a heart beat. As I feel that could’ve rectified the mistake a little, but never received one, and i wouldn’t have turned one down. That would’ve helped a lot. I’m glad no one got salmonella from the raw chicken. She brushed it off acting as if it was only my plate We had ski lanterns afterwards for the send off. A guest over heard Alisons husband make remakes that if anything caught on fire he’s sue us. Lastly I paid for 300 ceremony chairs and 300 reception chairs. The day before during my rehearsal time, there was only 300 chairs total not 600. She planned without my knowledge to move the ceremony chairs to the reception table after the ceremony was over, which was not discussed. I did not agree to that because I paid for more chairs and it was going to be hectic moving 300 chairs while my guest stood by watching and waiting to sit down. I also had different decor for the ceremony chairs and reception chairs..

So that’s my experience. I was so excited to have my wedding here and honestly it was her personality that got me in to begin with. It was pretty too. She was sweet 75% of the time but if I brought anything to her attention she would get upset. I was scared to press any issues too much because my wedding was dependent on her. She took no responsibility and made no to little effort to fix any issues. I wish these issues never occurred because it made for a very hectic and stressful wedding. When it could’ve been peaceful and I could focus on the blessing in front of me not the stress.

I wouldn’t use this place after all the stuff my brother and sister in-law went through. She’s say The bride’s parents gave her compliments well they kind of had the to, the contract stated anytime she felt disrespected, she can throw you out. The guests probably did also but then they don’t know what all went on, The bride siblings didn’t, mainly because she doesn’t have any. They were still decorating ,with guests showing up. 90 % was not done the day before only about 20% , the day of the wedding there’s was beer cans outside on the grass, The staff was dressed like they was fixing to go to a rodeo or something. But the (Staff) was nice manner. She stated that my sister barged into her office no she asked to talk to her. And none of my family apologized for her telling you that you wasn’t doing a good job We was actually happy and laughing about it , even though you said , you was a good decorator and wedding planner. And the wedding couple thoughts lol lol lol you wouldn’t want to know that, In her own mind and world she probably a good wedding planner but not in real life. Just look that all the reviews that google has manly all bad , and yeah she get on here and tell me how I’m all wrong and everything I am , but hey, everybody’s entitled to they’ll opinion and they’ll own little fantasy of how good of a wedding planner they are.
