This place is really cute, I love a good small town diner. The staff were very friendly. We ate here twice and had 2 different experiences. The first time we went for breakfast and everything was very good. The second time we went for lunch. I ordered a Reuben and it was terrible. I’m hoping it was just an “off” day.

It was my first visit, and I can't wait to go back!! Their menu provided a very nice selection, including breakfast items. However, the daily special of chicken and noodles was my choice, and it was wonderful!! Served with 2 sides and a homemade roll, it was plenty of food with home-cooked flavor, reminding me of my Grandma's family dinners. I also grabbed one of their giant cookies for later, and it was just delicious, full of chocolate chips. The best surprise was the price. My lunch and cookie were just over $11!

I come here at least once a week and it’s always been an amazing experience. The food is so good, and I mean I would be GRIEVING if anything ever happened to this place! The ladies are always so nice and pretty much already know what I’m going to order when I call. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We stopped in for breakfast and were very glad we did. My wife ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and was amazed at the amount of food for the price. The fluffy and buttery biscuits were covered by a creamy, white, and flavorful sausage gravy. I ordered the Country Fried Steak Skillet. The steak had a coating that was still crunchy when covered by the sausage gravy. The shredded hash browns were cooked to perfection, as were the sunny side eggs that were runny and creamy. The pancake was fluffy and delicious when coated in the warm syrup. On our way out, we bought a dozen chocolate chip cookies and a cinnamon roll. The cookies were soft and crispy with the right amount of chocolate chips. The cinnamon roll was sweet and delicious. It had the perfect amount of cinnamon and icing. All in all, the breakfast and snacks were delicious. A must stop when in the Galena, KS area. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

I was looking for somewhere new to me to eat breakfast. The Sweet Creek Diner & Bakery caught my attention. So for under $9 you can choose the way you want your eggs cooked. Choice of meat, choice of bread (which includes biscuits and gravy) and choice of potatoes. My order came out quickly despite almost all the tables being filled. My order was correct and everything tasted good. It’s definitely a hot spot with the locals as well as visitors. There are plenty of decorations inside and outside to keep you busy during your visit. Breakfast is available until 2pm and lunch is served as well.

The cookies are bigger than my hand! The wait staff were super sweet! The food was great! 10 out 10 will go back! Plus they sell pie fillings and other things! Super cute place!

Very cute place. Fast service and friendly. Good ham, rye toast and perfectly cooked egg. My sister's pancake had no color on it at all. When I saw it I wasn't sure what it was initially. Hash browns on both orders were just cooked potatoes no color at at all.

Choice place to eat breakfast. The quality, amount they provide, and price is amazing. Service was excellent. Got the breakfast special and it came with two eggs, 2 sausage patties, hash browns, and two biscuits with gravy. Place was decorated nicely and was clean. Loved everything about this place. 👍
