Harley was an amazing waitress! The food was fantastic, the presentation was gorgeous, the quality was superb, the atmosphere is quaint and fun! As someone who loves to read, I thought it was fun that they used old library books for the bill! I highly recommended this little cafe! 11/10!

Absolutely fantastic spot for delicious food! We were in Mt. Airy for the weekend and were looking for a lunch spot. We were thrilled to find Sweet Breads! There were 7 of us, all ordering different items, and all very happy with our food. Our waitress was fantastic, sweet and on top of everything. And the atmosphere was uniquely awesome! I wish this spot was in my own town. It would be my absolutely favorite restaurant. I had the French toast, and it was probably the best French toast I've ever had. And the freshest fruit, delicious scrambled eggs....everything was fantastic.

The atmosphere was lovely, very sweet server, and very clean. The food was wonderful, full of flavor, and love their sections of hot teas. Definitely will be back!

We went there for the first time yesterday and it was so good we went again today. We drove 30 minutes each way to go and it is soooo well worth it! The staff is marvelous and the food is incredible. The variety and the taste of each dish is superb! They have the place so well decorated and very tastefully done. Even the bathrooms are beautiful. Do yourself a favor and go!

Good was great, we were the first to seat in the outside space. Luckily it was a cooler morning so the heat was not unbearable today! Sitting by the bamboo gardens as a nice touch. Only complaint is some of the bugs were in our face during our meal but we were sitting right next to the garden so understandable. We had one of those table top fans to help shoo them away .

Still rating a 5 despite slow service. Found this while on my way to Lake Hartwell. It's just outside Piedmont University in Demorest. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Menu was easy but selections were good.

Some of the best consistent food I have had in all my travels. Service is engaging, they know the menu and can help you pick an amazing meal. Dinner is only served on Friday nights and is a wonderful option to treat yourself, impress a date or celebrate.

Came with a group of 23 women for lunch. Outstanding!!!!! Had the chicken salad, fresh fresh! Great size portions. Also had shrimp bisque. And of course can’t forget the buttermilk pie bar!! The service was spot on. Can’t recommend Sweet Breads enough !
