Wall outlets are all blown out, both of our chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. Woke up to dead phones. Was told to "ADJUST THE PRONGS of both chargers because it's definitely not our outlets, those are standard". That was by the assistant manager of all people.

Fan in bathroom didn't work. Condensation build up was ATROCIOUS. Nearly slipped onto the floor from the toilet it was so wet. I'm sure ass. manager would have just told me to leave the bathroom door open during showering. Real mint. Also, the tub drain was ridiculously slow. Partner was up to her ankles in dirty shower water by the time she was done.

Absolutely horrendous stay and we were there less than 24 hours. Ass. Manager made us feel like this was all our fault for using a booking service? What a hovel of a hotel. Was charged $120-ish for this fiasco of a room. Won't be back.

Good luck everyone else. Maybe they save the decent rooms for the longer staying guests

The rooms were so nice, full kitchen and dishes, dishwasher and everything. We were in an ocean view and it was beautiful. The staff were really nice over the phone and during check in and check out. We checked out the pool too, literally no complaints whatsoever. They even called us 10 mins after we checked out to let us know we left our phone charger in the room. 10/10 would stay here again

The lack of quality internet services makes this hotel a 1 star. We weren’t able to stay connected for more than 10 minutes at a time, and the majority of the time we couldn’t get connected at all. We work remotely, so being unable to complete our work ruined our 3 night stay. We will not be staying at this hotel again and that is strictly due to the lack of internet connection.
The pet-friendly family suite #119 was perfect for our needs and we didn’t mind that it was outdated. However the bed in the living room made so much noise that just getting in and out of it disturbed the person in the other room. The coffee for the machine is worthless. We bought some ground coffee and the hotel had provided some filters, so that took care of that problem. It was nice to have a regular coffee machine and a full kitchen. We liked that the room was carpeted so our dog didn’t slide on the floor. The person at the front desk wasn’t overly friendly, but the cleaning staff were awesome.
The absolute best part of the room is the view. Stunning. We also loved that beach access was just steps away.

The rooms are a little dated, but fairly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The view is spectacular.

Overall we had an excellent experience. All the most important features were outstanding. The ocean view from the apartment and balcony couldn't have been better. The access to the beach was close and easy. The facility was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The kitchen was well supplied. It felt safe. Staff was helpful and friendly. ||There were some less important features that could use improvement/up grading. We had the "deluxe family suite" but living room had just a small rather run down sofa. The single end table had no lamp which made it hard to read sitting there. The single overhead lighting was very bright, not at all restful. There was no coffee table or other surface to hold a suitcase or other items, or place to rest feet. Both TV remotes did not work well, maybe just needed new batteries.

The location and view from the room was great. The service however is awful. They do not make your beds, they do not bring any replacements you have to ask to have anything done. Then they only give you towels and soap. Want sheets changed? Not gonna happen. For over $200 per night I would expect better service.

I was in Building A, which may be the oldest one. Room was small and dated, but clean and comfortable. Wifi was basically unusable.
Conveniently located right off 101, with easy beach access and an indoor pool. Seems pretty kid-friendly. Was reasonably priced too.

As always a clean comfortable room. The weather was even excellent. We like the kitchen it is convenient .|Lots of towels and washcloths. The room warms up really fast and it's nice to enjoy the fireplace. The deck looks right out to the ocean. We like the extra bedroom
