We did not get the shuttle that was promised and had to pay for an uber to and from the airport. The entire hotel stunk. There smoke detector was missing from our room. There was a giant strip of carpet missing and a hole on the wall. Multiple outlets in the room didn't work. There were only 2 towels left for a double queen room. The biscuits for the complimentary breakfast were out at 2 am when we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast options were limited and most of what was there tasted stale. The restroom near the lobby was closed. I would not recommend staying here. It isn't worth the savings.

Very disappointed in this hotel. After reading about the hotels in the area this one looked good and had a reasonable price. However we were extremely disappointed. Staff wasn’t the friendliest, when we got to our room it was incredibly small. As soon as you open the door you fall right into the first bed. Sheets were dirty on one of the beds. Multiple stains and hair. Walls were dirty and had holes. Bathroom had a strange smell. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were sitting in about a gallon of water. No milk for the cereal or coffee, barely anything that was edible honestly. Will never be back

Had a reservation with this hotel. Upon arrival we were informed the hotel had canceled our prepaid reservation 10 minutes prior to our arrival. While talking to the owner, who was working the front desk, to try and figure out a solution I took a picture of the SureStay Hotel Guarantee plaque on his wall, which had the name of the company that owns the property and is in plain site. The owner yelled that I couldn't take the picture and physically assaulted me in the process. My phone was knocked across the lobby and broke. 911 was contact, Tulsa Police responded and cited the owner with assault and battery. Court date in May.

I had a prepaid reservation. Upon arrival I was notified the reservation had been canceled 10 minutes prior to our arrival. While trying to come to a resolution, I was physically assaulted by the owner of the hotel. 911 was called and he has been charged with assault and battery. Court date pending May 2025. DO NOT GO HERE. NOT SAFE.

Positive: There was really nothing I like about this hotel. Negative: When I got to hotel the system was down, the person at the front desk wanted a $150 deposit which was not on my original printout. I think it was just to get money from me because I had no problem checking out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, pet friendly. We stayed only one night on our way through to Texas. Loved that the hotel was pet friendly and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and room had it's own door to the yard area which made walking the dog very easy. Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Guy covering desk at night was unfriendly, room is small. Room phone didn't work, 2 outlets didn't work and we had a lot of noise on our floor and above us. Called front desk twice and went to front desk about it. This wasn't taken care of and this was over a 2 hour time span. The beds and pillows are also very hard. Will not stay again nor recommend.

Not a place to stay. Didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood. Lot of road noise. The place needs to have some renovations. Even though we booked and paid through another website the hotel made us pay another $5.00. When I asked what the charge was for I was told it was a cleaning fee.
