We had a suite and were pleasantly surprised at the space it provided and the room was very clean. Comfortable bed, nice sofa, fridge, microwave, safe, TV with plenty of cable and channel choices. Breakfast was the typical motel morning fare, those instant scrambled eggs, bacon one morning, sausage the next, biscuits and gravy both times, toast, cereal, yogurt, apples. The attendant was nice and the eating area spotless.|The only negatives for us was that the phone in the room didn't work at all, which we discovered when we tried to call the front desk to ask how the heck to turn on the shower (trust me, you WILL need to ask how to get it to work, but once he explained the shower had plenty of pressure and the water hot). Also, there is no ice provided even though there are two ice machines in the hotel. We stayed two nights and when we returned to our room the first day, the room had not been visited for refresh, so maybe they only offer this for longer stays. I asked for more towels from the owner and he promptly provided them. |The hotel is conveniently located nextdoor to a big grocery/deli, which was nice. Be aware that most restaurants in Quanah are NOT open on Monday or Tuesday...seems most are only open Friday, Sat and Sun. We had to eat at Sonic one night and the deli next door the next. |All in all, we enjoyed our stay i Quanah and found the people welcoming and friendly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Others beware! Don't stay here. We walked in and it smells horrible the 2nd floor smells like someone had a crab or fish boil. The room was dirty and smelled just as bad. It was almost nauseating. But we arrived late so we didn't say anything. My reservation was for a king suite room with a second bed was listed as a double bed sofa bed. Upon entering the room and getting ready to go to sleep there was no extra bedding and the 'sofa bed' does not pull out. It is just a regular 3 seat sofa. As I said above it was late and thankfully we had an air mattress and extra blankets and pillows in the car so we didnt complain but just got our stuff and went to bed. The following day, were taking stuff to the car and I stop at the front desk to tell them about the sofa and the man at the front desk looks at me and blankly says, "yeah all of our couches are just regular sofas." And I said but my reservation and the email says a sofabed I paid extra for a sofabed and he again just blankly without any care says, "Yeah sorry all of our couches are just regular couches." It was clear he could care less and I was infuriated so I walked off saying their advertising should be updated to reflect that. So not only is the room dated, dirty, and smelly but they're falsely advertising? And the cherry on top for all of this is upon leaving we found a dead cockroach next to the couch, thankfully it was dead covered in dust like it had been there awhile thus proving how terrible of a cleaning job they do. The only reason we stayed was because it was affiliated with Best Western so I did call their customer service to let them know about all of it because if I were Best Western I would want absolutely NOTHING to do with this hotel. Do a Google search for what Sofabed is and it clearly states a couch that pulls out to make a bed not just a regular sofa. I wanted to ask for my money back but the reaction of the front desk person told me that wouldn't happen so here I am. I'm serious just stop in Wichita Falls or sleep in your vehicle, it is not worth it to give these people business.

First and for most I want to thank the staff they are truly AMAZING! My kids and I got stuck here in Quanah when my car broke down. We were still 6 1/2 hrs away from home when the clutch to my car went completely out. So we stayed here for 2 nights. Micheal (I believe that was his name) checked us in he was very very helpful and accommodating with our situation. The next morning we went to front Desk again to let the new employees know our situation and talked with Tammy she was also really amazing and helpful. Anything we needed they were there to help!
*Second: The room was really big with 2 queen sized beds the room was clean and had everything we needed the only problem we had was the fridge didn't work but every else was nice!. It did have a funny smell at first when the heater kicked on but wasn't to bad nd did go away eventually (Or got use to it lol) The rooms and furniture are outdated does need new carpet and new paint but other then that the room was great and comfortable!
Last: on the website for this hotel it does show a very nice hot tub. When my kids nd I went to go look at it. It was no longer there but other that this was a really nice place to stay. I want to thank all the staff for there help and support!

Pretty rough. Smells like smoke. Bed seemed clean but not the room. Could not get the shower to work. 6am breakfast not ready at 615. I'd sleep here only if I had too

The hotel and Rooms were very clean. We stayed on the backside of the hotel on the second floor and experienced no road noise whatsoever. |Catalina, our maid, was exceptional, and a real delight.|The Old Bank Saloon steakhouse was a great surprise in such a small town. |We stayed here to experience the copper breaks dark sky park, located 10 miles south of town, Which was exceptional as it had no interference from any lighting it was extremely dark and the Milky Way was beautiful.

breakfast was way below par, coffee was luke warm at best, staff was below average. when we arrived there was no one at the desk. finally after about 15 minutes we heard a dog barking someone came out of a room down the hall to take care of us. not very happy with everything. no cleaning service, will never say here again. We visit family in quanah, texas two or three times a year, but we will not stay here again

First of all, I arrived to check into my hotel room they cannot find my reservations that I made 6 1/2 months ago which was in January and I was checking in on July 5, 2024. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes they finally came up with a room And realized they had given mine to someone else and they were not checking at all. Someone posed as me and they checked the man. The manager did give me half off my two nights day to try to accommodate the situation which it did not because I was embarrassing in front of a lobby full of people looking at me like I was lying. This was Reunion. I was coming to two. Only hotels in town was booked solid so there was nowhere else to reside to the rooms are not so nice at all need to be updated really bad the whole place needs a makeover there was a room across from me 215 that they have been working on and the door was all busted up and I noticed the homeless man going in there with a duffel bag and food containers and he spent the night there is checking the floors. No one asked any questions. When I checked out. I asked the manager, which is the owner. Why was this guy staying in a vacant room that you guys was repairing? He had no knowledge of the situation supposedly said to me he would check into it. I said well I was told by one of the desk clerks, but it was the maids brother and he had nowhere to go so they’re letting him camp out there. I guess only when The Owner is not around I will not be staying here anytime soon till the hotel get up to standards and the place smelt really bad and there was so many nets everywhere in the hotel, I guess because it was so hot and people were bringing food inside the hotel not again. I can’t stay here under these conditions. You guys can go at your own risk.
