Ask for new towels 2 days in a row, never received. Had to get new keys 2 different days. We had gotten a really good deal on the rates, which was questioned at check-in, so maybe that's why the poor service. There was mold in the bath tub which wiped off easily suggesting poor cleaning. We stayed for 5 nights 🤷‍♀️.
However Breakfast was nice, with a decent variety. Pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable. Parking was plentiful.

Everything was good for the price! We ended up having to stay an extra night and they wouldn’t price match the first night for us so it went up $25. The housekeeper banged on the door at 10:15 and tried to walk in and woke us up when we were trying to sleep until checkout, however we did not put the DND sign on so I believe that could have been on us! The front desk assistants were very nice and friendly faced. The cleanliness was great the first night but the shower had hair on it still, so it wasn’t cleaned.

I had a great experience at this Best Western. Check in was fast, desk clerk was very professional and helpful. The room was the cleanest I'd ever seen, bed was comfortable, pillows were very nice, A/C was fairly new and got cold quickly. Bigger fridge than most hotels, microwave. Many good restaurants within walking distance. I'll stay here again next time in Jackson, TN.

Rooms are in need of some up keep. Not a bad place to stay if you are in need of a quick place to sleep for the night or a few nights. The beds are very comfortable, the management is friendly. We had a few issues the first night right after check in that were quickly taken care of. Plenty of quick breakfast options, very nice pool.

The managers was nice and had good customer service all the employees was great. The bed felt great and good hot water and they kept clean towels and good AC in the room. Next time I come back to Jackson TN this will be the hotel I chose. And great parking for large vehicles

Stayed here for 3 nights! Karen the front desk clerk made me feel so welcomed she had a smile before I even walked in the pool was very relaxing as well. Apparently the hotel is under new management and they have made many improvements! Hot free breakfast every morning not just cereal was also a plus! I'll definitely be back!

An excellent place to stay if you're in Jackson on business or just passing through, as it's conveniently located. I stayed a whole week with my team, and we loved the service provided by the hotel staff. They also always have fresh breakfast ready. We'll definitely come back next time.

Everything was great. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice salt water pool. Super nice owner!!! The food was pretty dang good and keep my 5yr old happy. And wife who liked the yogurt was happy too. Waffles and sausage gravy was pretty good!!! More expensive than advertised on Google maps. But really nice!

Karen was so sweet when receiving our family at the front desk late at night. We had just left a nearby hotel after a terrible experience and Karen was so hospitable. As a fellow breastfeeding mom, she stored my ice packs for me in the kitchen so they would be ready for the morning for the rest of our road trip. She upgraded our room when what we reserved wasn’t available due to an air conditioner being broken. The morning employee was also very kind and hospitable during checkout. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a good deal in a convenient location with hospitable employees.

The room is clean and good location. Right on I-40. Also it’s good reasonable price. In the morning, we were in the very last minute in breakfast. Shrikant refilled biscuits, orange juice for us. We really appreciated it. We will definitely come back here when we are in Jackson.
