This is not a very nice park, there are so many stupid rules you need a handbook to refer to them so you don’t break one. They threaten residents all the time with fines or eviction if you don’t follow every rule. They have regular inspections to check on you.

Large park, didn't stay long. It wasn't awful. Some people we spoke to were not happy. 4-5 couples I spoke to in the laundry facility were not happy, just like me. Short stay, but to do laundry, you had to buy a $5 card and then add money in $10 increments. To do a wash load in a small size wash machine was $2.25 per load, and to dry, it was $2.00 per load. So, to do 3 loads, you land up with $5.25 on a card you can't use anywhere else. This happened to us at another park, but at least it was $5 increments, so I had less left on the card. I really dislike the card system.

We were anxious about booking a few nights for our travel trailer knowing it was a mobile home park (we generally try to camp in state parks). However, from the minute we arrived we were greeted hospitably by everyone, both staff and residents. We got a good clean spot on the periphery of the park with a big empty lot behind us so very quiet. It looks like they have everything you could want here from an indoor pool to Bocci to Pickleball. We would highly recommend it. PS It is also close to services… and to Lost Dutchman state park if you are hikers.

This is NOT an RV Park, this is a mobile home park that happens to have a few RV spots. We arrived right at 5 o'clock. and the guard at the entrance gate told us to hurry up to the office to check in. We drove to the office and they were indeed closed at 5 o'clock. We had received three check in confirmation emails from them. and not one mentioned to get there before 5.

A resident with a golf cart drove us around to try to find the spot that the guard had told us was ours. The spot we were given was a mud hole. It was hard to get into the site due to the close proximity of the surrounding mobile homes and their vehicles in the street. The neighbors who were very nice, warned us before the rain to be careful because it would be very very muddy in our spot. They claimed it was the worst spot in the park. One of them told us he got stuck with his truck in that spot when he just trying to turn around. After staying for a couple nights, and surviving lots of rain. our RV has never been that muddy inside, what a mess.

The dog park was a long way away from our site. We were told that we would have to drive our dog to the dog park. So we had to put our muddy dog into our truck to get her there because it was against the rules to walk your dog on the street. And speaking of rules the guard, when he finally caught up to us, gave us a packet that had twenty-one pages of rules regulations and guidelines. in all our years of using nice RV parks we've never seen anything like it.

I had to get to the airport the next morning, but I wanted to make sure we were checked in. So I went to the office at 8:30, there were 4 women standing around talking in the office, but they told me the office didn't open till 9. I would have to come back. one of them finally came to the window after my pleading that I had to get to the airport. They agreed that we are indeed in the right spot and checked in but did not tell us any real other information that said we'd have to come back after 9 which we couldn't do that day. she said the "they" (I assume she meant the owners) had had the pad taken out of our site.why they didn't replace the pad for RV's to use I have no idea.

All in all, it's not a place I could in good conscience recommend to anyone. We ended up leaving a day early. We were very disappointed. Stay away, stay far away.
