Positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to just about everything. The beds are very comfortable. Negative: Bathtub surround has a 8 inch hole in it. Room smells like cat spray. One bed had food crumbs on top of the comforter, the other bed had a burn hole in the comforter. Hotel website states continental breakfast, but there is no breakfast or coffee. Negative: ""

This place is ran down. Like its a drug hotel. The rooms stink really bad. The tubs have peeling paint as well.... No phones in room and lights dont work.. Would not recommend to anyone

Watch out for the housekeeping team ( man and I assume his gf/wife) they will enter your room and go through your things Even when you ask for no housekeeping. Very rude and disrespectful as well. The super 8 would be a whole different experience if they hired new, better help bc the building is going downhill fast. All new employees and possibly management and that place would do so much better.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room because of the price being so low. We just needed a place to nap for a couple hours during a long drive so weren't looking to spend a lot and didn't expect much.
While our room was a little outdated (as expected), it was very clean. The floors were clean, the bedding was clean, the counters and tables were wiped down, and there were no unpleasant odors.
The bathtub was a little damaged and I did opt to skip using it but the bathroom was clean.
The walls werent too thin and we were able to sleep well. If you're just looking for a place to crash, I recommend this place. It looks like the owner/manager does care about cleanliness, maybe just doesnt have the funds to update and renovate. The front desk attendant was polite and helpful. Plus there is a Waffle House next door that you can walk to!

I have stayed here multiple times now on my business trips. I have been in many rooms and I can honestly say I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The main manager is a very angry unprofessional man . Not only that but in room 119 there were German roaches ,and as I was checking in there was a gentleman bring German roaches up front from his room. He complained to them and wanted his money back they would not refund him only options they gave him was trade rooms.The heaters normally do not work ,and the hot water is iffy. My crew and I stay here on business when we were working in the area we will no longer be staying at this super 8 due to the way the manager was speaking to me while I tried to calmly talk to him and explain. And some other negatives The hotel always smells like weed in your room or cigarettes there's burn marks on the blankets and every room that I have stayed in and on the pillows The drawers for your clothes are busted quite honestly there's a lot to nitpick through those are just some of the highlights I do not recommend this hotel. Only plus is it's cheap you get what you pay for

I would first like to say that I have always been extremely pleased anytime I have stayed in one of your hotels. I booked through Booking.com and did the reviews and all seemed fine for a 1 night stay for a baseball tournament at your Carrolton location. The property itself is unkept, lacking any care or attention to detail for a customer looking for quick night at a good price. We then enter the room it smelled awful (very musty), the furniture was broken, the ac made a God awful noise all night, there was 1 towel in the room and when asking the front desk they were reluctant to give me another so I was able to talk her into 2 more. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted out, the tub was disgusting with black marks all over, the toilet was a fixture found in a prison, and the beds were completely uncomfortable. It is obvious the clientele renting these rooms are either living there, or extended stays, there were portable grills right outside our door, hammocks in the trees, a tires in the parking lot. If we had not gotten there so late, I would have been better off sleeping in my car with my wife and 2 small boys. I learned one thing, just because you slap a Wyndham label on the Super 8 at the end of the day it is a Super 8. I would expect if nothing more a clean, kept space, not a musty nasty room with cigarette burns on the AC unit. I was totally disgusted with every aspect of our stay. Please do better!!||Billy Kirk

Positive: It is was 0.2 miles from my event at the high school. Negative: Roaches in room. NO breakfast as advertised. No wash cloths. No coffee pods for the coffee maker. Male receptionist rude- said "I already told you we have no iron" then found one after I had gone to Walmart and bought one. Old mismatched furniture. Negative: ""

The location was great, and the people I talked to on the phone was pleasant and the parking was great... BUT they don't serve breakfast and coffee I was very, very disappointed and at that time the manager offered to give me my money back not knowing they were out of Ice and drinks, and they didn't No about the Room had Roaches and so many Ants and others crawling bugs. I was afraid that I would bring those insects in my vehicle and home, I was afraid to put my suitcase ? on the floor or table. That was the first time I ever experience any situation like that. Because we always stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham. We paid and stayed there for 2 days because the jobsite was 3 minutes away and my husband drives a semi 18 Wheeler.
I should have been refunded after all we went through.
