I haven't seen a more disgusting hotel in my life. This was a Holiday Inn, built in the mid 60's by a good friends Father. Today it's a sad SLUM HOTEL. DO NOT GO! I checked in and checked out almost immediately. Nothing worked except one light. No sheets on bed but an old, holey comforter and not clean! DO NOT GO!

The front desk staff was very rude. We paid for a suite but got a very nasty uncleaned room. When I said something the man says well that’s all we have what do you want me to do. Booked thru a third party. Called to complain all we got was we will call the office and see what can be done. We got a measly $10 off the charge if $133. Here are pictures to show how disgusting the place was. Dirty tub, trash never emptied, no pillow cases, ants all over.no soap the dispenser was flat out dried out and empty. Run from this place . Funny they ask me to send them an email to further review and make this stay acceptable but yet they have not responded. Here’s your sign. RUN

I highly recommend NOTTT booking here.Booked a room online & was given the total. Called the facility & they confirmed the total. Went in person & front desk personnel said “idc what it said online or who you talked to, that’s not the price”. The establishment needs an upgrade on everything including employees at the front desk. It’s not worth the given price to begin with. Real cheap if you need a last minute place that’s 1 star though, but I wouldn’t stay here ever. Please be careful when booking online. They shouldn’t have to false advertise online and act confused and rude in person. Businesses need to be considerate when it comes to hiring unprofessional personnel bc this facility just got exposed for being the worst.

Check in was effortless. The room had a floor lamp that worked from a switch at the door. The only other working light was the toilet/tub. The sink vanity light didn't work and the reading lamps between the beds power cord had the plug cut off. None of the lamp shades had nuts holding them on to the lamps. The ice machine skeletons were in the breezeway, non working. The clock used for coffee and cereal, in the office was 8 minutes fast. At 5pm, they had a finger pointing contest as to why 6 rooms were not ready for check in. It appears that the people they use for staff, are working off their bill. On the day I checked out, I couldn't get in my room for 2 hours until "the lock guy" got there at 9am, delaying my trip home. It was a real experience at "Motel He'll! It appears that at least 60% of the guests were residents. I was glad to get out!

Traveled due to Hurricane Milton Oct 8 2024. Hotels avail hard to find due to fla storm. Arrived at 11p after making phone reservation, lobby looked well but room was totally unacceptable. Live roaches, food under mattress, dirty diaper and wipes behind bed nightstand, kids shoe in cupboard, refrigerator had dead roaches inside it!!! Room obviously was not cleaned for new arrivals. VERY upsetting after having to travel so far and to think It was acceptable to put people into rooms in such conditions.

Front desk was polite and did refund payment.

Bugs and roaches on floor and bed. Bed wasn't made. Three rooms...all NASTY!!! Refused to refund money. Priceline was unhelpful. Contacting health department. Do not stay here. You could be endangering your health. This room definitely was not sanitized.

staff are rude and the room was very dirty I couldn’t stay I walked away as soon as I saw it I asked for another room but they didn’t have any I had to leave and I haven’t got refund yet it has been two weeks now. I keep calling no one answering

Well I didn't stay here, I went to visit a friend with a friend who was selling half a rack rib plates and all the trimmings plus pie for 15 bucks right out of his room. They were very nice and very generous. And I thought it was an awesome idea. I mean you got a lot for your money. Plus they give you extra if you asked, for free. As for the hotel I didn't go into the lobby. But there was ample parking. There was no loud people getting crazy, and the room I was in was nicely furnished and very comfortably. And you can bring your dog on your stay there. I hope you can. Like I said I was just visiting. But I did notice a lot of good things about this place being a Saturday night
