My friends were in room #000, the previous weekend, I visited them for an hour or so. . I checked in for a stay this past weekend, and got the key to room #000. I realized I had left something in the room during my friend's stay. I crossed my fingers hoping the items I left were still there. Hurray Yes Hell Yes! The Two Egg McMuffins I had left the week before, were still in the microwave. And the maid didn't toss out the orange juice and pancakes, I left in the fridge, the week before. The staff is nice and helpful. (10 stars)
The manager/owner is the good guy. (8 stars)
Maid ( -0 No Stars) and she didn't speak English, but she speaks $.. I gave her $10, to help clean the room, when I arrived). I do however like Mr Pete & Angie. The decor is nice. The sidewalks, doors and floors need cleaning. No coffee machine or phone in rooms! Decent TV and Internet reception. Breakfast is okay except the muffins are trash! Only one staff member was rude and obnoxious! Overall stay for the money thumbs up! $87 some days $75 some days

I stopped in last night, in distress, and asked to use the phone. The woman in the office space refused. The look on her face was pretty awful. I had just walked 3 miles and just wanted to call a ride. This was at midnight. Thanks for not helping a fellow woman in a time of need. If someone with an emergency can't get a simple phone call I would bet the place is not up to par anywhere else, either. Shame on her. 0 stars.

The quote, "You get what you pay for," holds true here. It wasn't the worst I've stayed in, for sure. The initiative to make the rooms appear clean was evident. Clearly outdated decor, bedding, and paint. We booked the room, unaware it was a smoking room, until we entered. We seriously thought all hotels had banned in room smoking. My husband, as a smoker, was even turned off by the smell. The walls were yellow with nicotine and sticky. The shower did not have a handle to turn on the water, and there was hair stuck to the shower wall. Needless to say, we slept about 6 hours and left early the next morning. I think if more people were hired, with the right attitudes, some new paint, inside and out, this hotel has the potential to be better than it is right now. Location was great, neighborhood, not so much...

We had a good experience here. All staff are very friendly. We were here from October 20, 2024 until January 9, 2025 on business. They are pet friendly, as well. If there is a problem, management is quick to take care of it.

RUN!!!! DO NOT LOOK BACK, JUST RUN!!!!!!!!
This is the absolute worst hotel in Tulsa!!!
Now to get to the gist of the worst this hotel. First if you go into the restroom down by the front desk you will see that the sink vanity is falling apart. Second, the hostess at the front desk is rude. Plus she charged my husband $40.00 extra for a deposit to hold the room that we already paid for. Yeah we did get it back, but still we had already paid for the room.
Third, the stair well to the room was littered with trash. Then when we got to our room there was a dirty towel outside by the door. Then when we got into the room we noticed that the light switch was hanging barely onto the wall.
The refrigerator had mold in the freezer section. The non-smoking room had cigarette burns on the bedspread.
The floor in the bathroom had a black sticky substance on it. The bath towels, which there were only two, had stains all over them. The water faucet in the tub was loss. The light switch had the knob for the heater missing.
Then when it was late at night, early morning the people next to us were playing their music so loud that we couldn't sleep. And if it wasn't the music it was them yelling at each other. Then when my husband tried calling the front desk it was like they didn't care.
So as previously stated....
RUN!!! DO NOT LOOK BACK... JUST RUN!!!

The moment that I pulled up to this hotel.I immediately regretted looking here. Almost immediately in front of the hotel driveway.I encountered a group of people that appeared to be homeless standing in the middle of the road, As I waited for them to get out of the way they shouted at me something that I couldn't quite understand. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable.And when the Check-in counter was only available through a side door and locked window.My suspicions about safety was confirmed.
This hotel is a super budget hotel.Like the room was definitely below standards. His paint was peeling from the ceiling and the baseboards in several areas had fallen off of the wall. Is cigarette stains ring the toilet seats and lighting in the room is very dim.
At about 2 Ami was awakened by someone outside of my room revving an engine very loudly. This happened a couple of times over the next couple of hours. The final straw was at about 6 AM.When a person outside of my room started screaming you mean about not being able to get back into their room and yelling at someone to get a crowbar. I then heard them screaming and yelling at a woman who apparently let them into their room.

I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances until they get a handle on the safety and quality of their hotel

I felt very safe in this super reasonably priced hotel. The entrance is terrifying it is not meant for large trucks or vans and the parking spots are very small and hard to get into. Other than that, nice desk staff that actually speak English, clean room needs some repairs but bed clean and comfortable and bathroom and tub clean. I would stay here again. Good fair value

Reserve A Room To Smoke In, Queen Size Bed For Two Adults Two Months In Advance.
Upon Arrival, My Reservation Wasn't Available.
I Did Accept The Room That They Did Offer Me, Because Of Time Restraints.
This Room Was Unkept, From The Filthy Shower, Sink, Toilet, Small Bed, Dirty Linen, Unsafe Environment, Including The People Walking Around Your Door All Times Of The Day and Night, Begging For Cigarettes/Money.
The Free Continental Breakfast From 6-9am, Wasn't Available, Because The Kitchen Stoves Weren't Working.
