The sign said Motel 6 and the rooms no longer match the pictures I currently see for this place on Google. Location was in the process of being renovated during our stay which we had to book very last minute. The floors, bed, and other furniture were nice and new. Old building+renovation = bugs but I've seen worse. Definitely not enough parking but the staff was super friendly and didn't mind people parking in open space as long as no one was blocking anyone else. Neighborhood wasn't the greatest but also not the worst. My car was loaded up with camping equipment and the walls surrounding the parking lot made me more comfortable parking there. Would stay here again, especially for the price.

The most disgusting hotel experience of my life. Looks nothing like the pictues on the website, pool is out of order. We gelot charges for amenities that were not available.
Our "non-smoking" room was dirty and reeked of cigarette. We let the lady in the front desk know, so she was nice and gave us another room. But the new room had dirty floors with dead roaches, pee on the bathroom floor, toilet was dirty and the tub so gross with dirt & rust stains. We asked if she could have it cleaned while we went out, which she did. However, we couldn't sleep all night because there was roaches crawling all over the floor, bathroom and walls. We ended up just taking our luggage to our car, because we were worried they'd crawl in there. To top it off the AC wasn't working at it's ARIZONA TRIPLET DIGIT HEAT!
We just checked out the next morning. I wish there was a zero rating, I had to select 1 star.
We will NEVER come back this roach motel! ๐Ÿ˜ค ๐Ÿคข

Disliked ยท My reservation was for double room and check in at 2:00pm. When we got there she stated there was only a king available. When I tried to cancel she decided to have a room cleaned for us and we would have to wait. We went to eat and came back and the room was in disgusting condition. I didn't want to have to argue, or find another room so I just took pictures and took a nap. When we woke up we tried to get ready to go to the event we were in town for and couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. I sat down on the bed and the corner fell into the frame. I got ready to go and called the front desk and asked for the bed to be fixed. The woman told me I should have reported the broken bed when I checked in and started yelling at me. I tried to explain that it had just broken and she started accusing me of having traffic in and out of my room, and then hung up. We never left the room after we checked in late. She sent someone to fix the bed before we left and they showed us how to turn on the shower. I called in a complaint to customer service. My companion talked me into just staying because we were tired and needing to get to the event. In the morning, I called the front desk and asked for the room to be checked because at this point I had no trust in this establishment and they had my credit card number. It was the same woman and she refused to send housekeeeping even though it was two hours before my check out time. I asked for her name and she said "front desk" and I asked her if she was refusing to give me her name and she said "Super 8" and then yelled at me that I could come don to the front desk and talk to her about it. I refused as I did not want the conflict. I called in another complaint to customer service and videotaped the condition of the room before I left. I will probably never stay at a Super 8 again!! The condition of the room was horrible, burned blankets with stains, dingy filthy towels, broken door knob to the adjoining room, broken front door....The worst motel stay of my life!

Cheap room, but some of the light fixtures were unsecured or broken. Potential law suit right there if someone gets hurt tring to turn on the lights. Ice machine was out of order. Floor was filthy. Rooms have Roku TVs but not Roku remotes. Morning staff are friendly and hospitable. Night guy was off-putting.

This was the worst Super 8 I ever stayed at, on Saturday October 26. There was water leakage on the floor at the tub area. Management notified They placed towels on the floor and told it would be fine. Later when I turned down the bed the top sheet had a big stain . They gave me a clean sheet. Later during the night on using the bathroom , the floor was wet and so were the towels placed there earlier. On moving the towels there were bugs scurrying around. Also there were bugs in the night stand drawer. I called management and was told they were not bed bugs. At this point I wanted a refund. Told I would not get a refund. They changed my room from 113 to 106 and had no further problems. I still think I should get a refund. The health dept should be notified. No traveler should have to deal with bad plumbing, bugs and dirty linen. We are not living in a third world country YET.

The motel was acceptable two years ago, and has greatly improved since then. It looks like they have refinished the bathtubs (2 years ago there were discolored patches in mine) and they have gotten new bedspreads. It's a high 2 star place now in my opinion. Breakfast is pretty good with apple and orange juices, waffles, bread, cereal, and apples when I was there. They may have been instant oatmeal too, I can't remember. The check in people were nice. I look forward to coming again next year. Is it somewhere I'd stay with kids? probably not, I think I'd go with a less urban area, but I think it's safe enough for adults and definitely meets my clean and comfortable requirements. It is far better than the Days Inn in Tempe, which I stayed at also this trip and would not stay at again.
