I recently booked a room here by mistake, and within just three minutes, I called to cancel. Instead of showing any understanding, the staff was shockingly rude and charged me the full amount (over $196 plus tax). They’ve been holding my money for more than a week, with no sign of resolving the issue.

Their phone representatives lack basic courtesy and common sense, and their customer service is non-existent. If this is how they treat potential guests, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual stays. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel altogether.

Stayed here for a total of six nights.
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was nice.
Location of the hotel didn’t bother me.
Only issue. Housekeeping kept waking me up everyday. I work nights. So. But other than that. Good room

Nice little place, but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. We had no issues though and it was very close to Sugauro National Park. Easy access from I-10 Waffle House steps away, Kettle restaurant just across the road with all you can eat buffet. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot in room. Someone broke the ice despenser, but I managed to make it work. TV lost satellite signal twice, not sure why, but wouldn't shut off, couldn't change channels. Oh well, I came for the park and museums so TV wasn't a big problem.

Comfy beds, crappy company! No pool open but of course they lie and say its avaliable. Proximity is its only real perk.

I love this place. The manager in the morning is really nice and the guy who works 3rd shift (Howard) is also very polite. The rooms look very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping is also very attentive, and one of them ( I can't remember her name), but this lady is so sweet, and she's always making sure if you need service in your room or anything, just to let her know. Out of all the hotels around this area, I can GUARANTEED YOU, Super 8 is your best option bc it is the CLEANEST. They also have surveillance around the whole building. That's a plus, and breakfast is also included. What else can we ask for? Don't think about it twice and book with them!!

The room was clean, but needed some TLC. Not too bad overall. The rooms are no smoking, but our room had a slight odor of cigarettes. Love that they sell snacks in the office. My biggest issue was that we had NO TOWELS in our room. Not even 1. No Bible (not that I wanted it, but it is tradition haha) no phone to call the front office. It could have been better, but honestly it wasn't bad. We have been in some shady hotels before. The bed was comfortable and clean.

When I went to take a shower, there was no soap provided causing a very uncomfortable situation. Two of the 3 cups were opened and used in the bathroom. I question if my room was even cleaned after the last guest.
