The room itself and parking were fine. check in was polite if slow.Good mattress and bedding. The bathroom was subpar with hot water lacking and damaged shower bench/sink (shower bench cushionrip w padding exposed Such as to be unsanitary). The showerhead and handheld were minimally functional, with the handheld bracket on the wall broken. The refrigerator was not working. Upon checkout the person at reception was uninterested in my report about problems in the room (mentioning only the more significant problems being the nonworking shower, spraying water all over the bathroom and the nonworking refrigerator).||||I did not need or request a room with disability accommodations, but was assigned one. For a person who had disabilities, this room would have been markedly inadequate in terms of the shower facilities.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the deposit for locals is ridiculous and along with pet fees per per exorbitant, over all it isn't any better than the motel 6 considering it's so much more expensive except for free breakfast. we also found a roach in our room.

Although I didn't get to stay here I got trapped in a snow storm and had to cancel my reservation the same night. JENNIFER SAVED THE DAY. she canceled my reseveration at no cost and made me feel better after she said take care of yourself and don't worry about canceling. Try to get home safe. The service was spectacular and I hope I can reboot soon!

We got here and we had booked a king size bed, but when we got to our room, it was a Queen size mattress on a king size bed frame with 4 THROW PILLOWS to make it look like a king!! So we let the front desk know that this was not what we paid for, and they offered to allow us to switch rooms, but we were waaay too exhausted to do so. So the service was decent, but for them to put us in a room like that, or for them to even have rooms like that that exist? That is just ridiculous to begin with! And for them to have throw pillows on the bed as your pillows is just beyond words. I could not fall asleep or even get comfortable with a fricken throw pillow. So I had to have my husband go down to the front desk to ask for regular pillows, of all things. And you'd think that those would be the 2 most fundamental things about staying in a motel room. That you get the size of bed that you request, not something pretending to be the size of the bed that you pay for. And then regular sized pillows. Their TV also sucked. They're very complicated and old and weird to figure out and the hotel smelled really weird and was extremely loud. Dogs barking and people slamming doors and yelling. That's all we could hear.
Overall, the service was ok. The lady that was working that night was nice and helpful, but yeah, I just also can't believe that she would put us in a room knowing that it was a Queen size bed on a king size frame when we paid for a king room, and I just can't get over this. She said that she couldn't refund the extra money because we booked through a third party, which was Expedia, and we had to go through them. But no additional discounts or incentives were offered. It was 3 AM, we had been driving and packing for a week and we were too exhausted to do much of anything. We just needed to sleep, so we just stayed in there and requested action be taken later from Expedia.

When we woke up the next morning, none of us had gotten any sleep because of how uncomfortable the bed was. We wasted our money staying at this motel because we desperately needed a good night's sleep, and we got the opposite of that. On top of all of these ridiculous things. We will never be staying at this place again.

Mold in first bathroom, they moved me rooms. New room has less accommodations (no fridge) and a broken toilet seat. I can see through the drywall where the shower head comes in. When the central air unit turns off it makes a knocking sound that will pull you out of a drunken slumber.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room had cockroaches and the whole place if filthy. At first they took the charges off my card but then recharged my card 2 days after I checked out. I have photos of the cockraches as well as killed one and took it to the front desk.

We have been here for a little while now and the staff here are wonderful as for first impression Diana the front desk representative makes that experience amazing. She’s very friendly talkative always seeing her working and when I see her working that day, I’m glad that she’s there she’s awesome and super eight should be grateful to have her.

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance . Making a trip from Spokane Washington to Portland and did not want to drive all the way back. Checkin was quick and in my notes stated that sister in law has a service dog. Form to sign was there. Comfortable beds, room was fairly clean. This is a older building but right of the highway. About the only complaint we have is the TV did not have closed captioning. Sister in law is deaf. Overall just what we needed a place to rest after a long day.
