Absolutely awful!
Obviously, race weekend so choices are few.
English is clearly not their first language, but the issue was the attitude at check in.
Walking into this room, hit with the most "artificial cover up smell".. being sensitive to loud odors, migraine began. The door has a half inch gap both ways & only a chain to secure from inside. Bedding has cigarette burns. TV lost volume after an hour. NO OUTLETS aside from bathroom sink. Being is falling in over the shower (no working tub) and worst of all, woke up to a roach... ON THE BED.
No coffee in rooms.
$225/night.. ?
Atleast the A/C was cold..when it worked.

The room was horrible! Faulty wiring so the lights barely worked and while watching TV the lights flickered and turned the tv off, that seems like a fire waiting to happen. There was a German roach in the bathroom, and when my mother was about to take a shower it was a cold one, and when she turned on the hot water it sounded like it was going to explode. And the 'breakfast' wasn't even a breakfast.

Property was dirty. The lobby wreaked of Curry. Soap and trash was all over the parking lot. The room was clean, but highly used and outdated, needing an update. There were cigarette burns in the padded benches for suitcases. The television sound did not work.

I got charged 700+ for 3 nights but it was race weekend, the rooms needed updating bad the iron didn't work and when trying a bug ran out of it. We will definitely not stay again. It was quite tho

The "included breakfast" is literally 1 pot of coffee and 1 basket of 5-7 sweet buns , not refilled often when depleted

Pass this is one up. While my room was clean, there were a few bugs that shared my room. My main complaint is that there was a very loud fight in the room next to me. It was terrifying. I notified the front desk and they didn't seem to care. I was only told that it was one man who had just checked in. Regardless of how many people there were, I didn't feel safe at all.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS ON THIS MOTEL if you want to be treated with MINIMAL respect. Extremely rude people at the front desk. Neil was unhelpful, disrespectful, and aggressive on his way of communicating. Did not care on being respectful with someone that had already paid to be in their motel. It makes me wonder if that was personal. Anyways, terrible experience, not even 1 start.
These people really should not be working with people.
