Everybody smokes in these rooms. Went to my car about 8 pm. And the halls smell like weed bad. A 2 green bed room has only 2 towels and and 1 wash rag. The guy at the front desk seemed real troubled that we needed 2 more towels. Only one package of coffee that makes a small cup is allowed as well. Beds sink in. Don't come here!

I wish I didn’t have to even give this place one star.
We had the worst experience of our lives in the hotel. We booked it because it was next door to the church where my uncle’s funeral was going to be held. Upon arrival, I asked if there was any was we could get a one hour late checkout and were told no, they needed to clean the rooms for the next guests. Mind you, there was 7 cars in the parking lot- this is a Thursday in Sulphur, OK- not a booming metropolis.
Well the next morning while getting ready for the funeral, the electric goes out. No lights, can’t get ready, no coffee, and we can’t even get in and out of our room. I again ask if we can’t even have an extra hour in hope the electric will come in and we can’t even get ready. The manager put his hand up in my face and rudely yelled, “Absolutely not!” We ended up having to leave the hotel even earlier to go get ready elsewhere.
The room was ok, but smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower head had water shooting out of about 5 holes. The towels were crunchy.
In addition, the exterior doors were unsecured all night. It is very unsafe especially for women traveling alone. They have nasty, broken equipment in the hallways and laundry room. The breakfast was a joke.

I haven’t experienced such customer friendly service anywhere else. Staff members are so humble and friendly. Got really neat and clean room , with mood refreshing smell. Delicious breakfast was like cherry on top and felt like home. Biggest plus was the price, in such low price you can’t get better services. A rare gem, strongly recommended

Beautiful marble floors in the entry way. The staff are great. Really informative. Good size rooms. At the time of writing this they were cleaning the rooms daily. They offer a breakfast but I leave early and have not partaked. Best hotel in the surrounding area for the price.

Great service had issues with my car had to call AAA but also had to conduct a class was able to leave my keys with the manager and the manager greeted to AAA and technician and all said and done. He did a great job. I would stay there again.

Had a great experience staying here! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Definitely the best motel in town highly recommended!

This motel is refusing to refund a reservation due to their websites malfunction. No refund policy. Ok I get it. But this wasn't my error. It was the website. But the manager refuses to issue a refund or an apology.

Housekeeping is rude. Rooms stink and were dirty. Hotel rooms are old and way outdated There was a mural in the room that was ok but someone colored all over it and was not taken care of. Old rickety stairs to get upstairs (no elevator). Ice machine not working at all first two days. Then spits out the pellets of ice (sign said please don’t waste ice, don’t know how I could). Beds were ok, but not sound proof even a little. Great big gaps under and around doorways. Used towels to try to muffle the sound. Nope didn’t help. The biggest gripe I have was someone at the end area of the hall I was in need to learn how to shut a damn door without slamming it!!!! Allll hours of the night it was the most awful thing. Just when you doze off, BAMMM. freakin door slams. Even hard enough to shake my bed. Unacceptable. Checked out early to flee.
