Stayed here for a couple of nights, overall wasn't as bad as it could of been. That being said rooms definitely need to be updated. Suite was very spacious but was on the lacking TLC. 24/7 coffee never existed not even in the morning. Housekeeping was good, however front desk lady lacked customer service and treated you as an inconvince. Overall wasn't worth the cost.

If I could give the room a zero I would but they will get a one for having toilet paper. Bed spread was burned, ashes were still on floor. Room seemed that it hadn't been swept in days. Pillows smelt like smoke. Overall smokers heaven. They did have granola bars in lobby.

Room was fairly clean! Very quiet! When I booked I was led to believe there was a whole Continental breakfast well there is not. You get coffee: regular or decaf, juice: orange or apple. Then u get your choice of a granola bar.... A granola bar is not going to feed my family of 5 sorry. I did look up on there actual website and it states there is a grab and go breakfast so just beware when using third party booking companies. Coffee is delicious and my son liked the apple juice. It was a cheap last minute stop for us and it was a whole lot nicer and cleaner than most places. I rented a "suite" no extra blankets or pillows and front desk couldn't provide any just a sheet. So make sure to bring your own if you think u need them. The room didn't have a coffee pot. Only 1 small bar of soap...front desk attendant just wanted us out of the lobby it seemed like so we tried not to be a bother to her.

Tried to set an appointment was told " I'm checking someone in, you will be better off going online". Called Wyndham and they directed me back to this one. The first thing that hits you is the smell of mildew and Marijuana as soon as you walk through the door. That smell carries through the whole hotel. Not very clean, could just be the overall upkeep of the building. Dogs barking inside the hotel all night. Windows do not lock. No breakfast served the next morning. Do not recommend by any means at all, find another hotel or just stay in your car.

The hotel was absolutely horrendous. There were drug addicts everywhere. At one point a person jumped out of the 3rd story building and ran to a nearby truck and sped off. The 1st floor smelt of marijuana with a cover up of cleaning solution. Our bedroom did not have a lock on our window, we asked for a lock or some type of stick to seal it shut but the front desk could not assist. The bathroom was so gross. Rust in the tub, the paint job was horrible, urine splash on the floor and toilet seat.

Not worth staying at. The place stunk so bad. The room was extremely dirty. I'm not sure when they swept or mopped. The sheets were taped. Cigarettes burns on the ugly green bed spread. The bathroom was so dirty. This place needs to be demolished. Please don't stay here!!!!!! Was not worth the price.

WARNING.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS HOTEL..

Recently, I was discharged early from a hospital in Phoenix because Blue Cross stopped paying for my treatment. I had a back injury and was unable to walk.. needing lodging quickly I made a reservation at this Super 8 hotel but my discharge date was changed. I attempted to cancel or change the reservation through Orbitz, but was unable. I then called the hotel trying to change the reservation or cancel it. I was told this was not possible. I then spoke to the manager of the hotel and explained my situation. He agreed to just charge me the no-show fee, which was one day stay and some few extra dollars.. when I looked at my credit card online they had charged me the entire amount of the reservation, almost $600, and I have never stayed there a night. I contacted Orbitz again and told them what this hotel was doing. They attempted to convince the hotel to only charge me the no-show fee but they refused. I have no choice but to dispute the entire transaction with my credit card company. If they do not refund the money minus the no-show fee, I’m going to make life as difficult as possible for them. If they refund the money I will remove this review.

Zero stars should be an option. The room was FILTHY! I had to request a new blanket because of the ash and cigarette holes on the original one, tub and sink had hairs, toilet was covered in feces, and there were an abundance of stains of different varieties and dust everywhere. The hallway leading up to the room had trash and plungers just sitting on the ground. The front desk night employee was rude and blatantly on her phone (including when we were trying to talk and ask questions). And the breakfast provided consisted of coffee and some granola bars.
