I was a little freak out about the location but the room was actually a lot nicer than I thought and had no weird smell to it like some hotel rooms I have been in (mobile al 👀) but the sheets are a little thin for my liking and yes they did have people wondering around in the trash and stuff like that but they didn’t bother me. Easy check in with the front desk!

The housekeepers were very nice. I stayed here while working, and it had everything I needed. The pillows and blankets need to be updated. There were quite a few homeless people and prostitutes in the front of the building but they never bothered me. Easy access to 17.

By far the worst place I ever stayed at in my lifetime. Unfortunately my business friend who I was working with at a concert at the Desert Diamond Arena paid for it, but I refused to stay snother day!

Upon arriving we were greeted by emergency crews taking care of an overdose victim, then there were the bugs, noises all night, hookers outside of the fenced areas, foot traffic of other guests, etc.

The only good thing is they had a good security guard who looked like he was prepared for anything

Checked in late at night since we flew in from Nj. My boyfriend woke me up at 2am to say we had to switch rooms. He was killing multiple baby cockroaches. They changed our room but upon entry of the second room we could immediately see the infestation was worse than the last. Killed three bugs in the couple minutes we were in. Had to immediately leave and ask for a refund for our 5 day stay. An exterminator needs to come in as soon as possible.

Please, Find people who really loves the hospitality and costumer service, Front desk was just terrible! hopefully we will receive our reimbursement, my team had a really bad experience here. Not even as a Wydham member they take care of us
