Decent budget stay. Especially for a travelling single guy. The walls haven't been scrubbed for a while. The bathroom was nicely updated. There was one small roach on the bathroom floor as i was leaving. I discarded the comforter immediately. A little funk smell. I slept great. The owner is trying to improve. It's exactly what I'd expect for $50.
But if you have a wife who's particular, probably not for you.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Pictures made it look a lot nicer. First room smelt and had the previous tenants socks left. The second room was better, but had 2 towels for 4people. The towel and rug had stains all over them. The lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating. That’s the only good thing about this place.

First of all I’ll say let the pictures speak for themselves. This place is DISGUSTING!! We checked in and once getting to the room (118) I wanted to soak in the bathtub. Well, the tub was so gross! My red flag is now up. I go look at the bed and there is balls of hair all over the pillows. There is dirt all over the sheets. (I didn’t get pictures of that room. I seriously thought someone just did a crappy job cleaning and needed talked to.) I took the pillow case off and took it to the front desk to show her all of the balls of hair and stains. She told me I booked a handicapped room and that was the only handicapped room they had. I said no…. I didn’t book a handicapped room, if I did I didn’t know it so just give me another room or have someone come and clean our room. She says “we don’t have a cleaner.” I said well that’s obvious. I’ll take a refund then so we can go somewhere else. Immediately she says she will just put me in another room. She hands me the key to the new room and tells me once we move our things to the new room to just bring the key back to her for the first room. We walk into the new room, (128) this is what we see when I inspecting the bed! 🤢 blood on the pillow, bugs and stains on the sheets, burns all over the comforter in a no smoking facility, that mattress…. 🤢🤮We walked out, my husband went to get the car and I show the front desk lady the photos and told her we are going to find somewhere else to stay and would like a refund. She says “no refund!” I said uhhhh why “Because you have already stayed!” I’m confused and ask her when I had stayed? She said “you checked in and now you checked out!” I said lady I’m not going to fight with you! I have time stamps on all my photos I will make sure I send them in and also post online to get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It was not a good experience at all. First of all, my stay was from Thursday to Monday. I had to constantly ask for them to fix my key because it kept not working properly. It wasn’t working at all. On my last night, I got no rest because of the noise from the room above. I fell asleep around 6:30 AM. Then, at 11 AM, I was woken up for “maintenance.” I opened the door and explained that I had already booked another night so I could get some rest. I was half awake, and she said that was okay but to come out at 3 PM so we could recheck you in. I was already stressed out, and an hour later, it was security. She was banging, screaming, and then let herself in. I was asleep on the bed, hearing her try to remove the security chain. It was such an invasion of my privacy. The night before, I had already packed my stuff to leave in the morning before checkout due to the noise from the room next to me. I was exhausted. I finally got up out of fear and opened the door. She was saying I needed to leave and immediately put her foot out to keep the door open. By this point, I was wondering where the front desk girl was, and she was hiding in the corner. I asked her what the problem was when earlier we had discussed 3 PM to recheck me in. I had an alarm set for then to know when to get up and recheck in. After we had discussed everything, the security guard was acting disgustingly, and the front desk lady was just listening to her and doing whatever she said. I went back to the room, and the security guard let me in, repeating her same actions. She barged in, put her foot down to keep the door open, and I was trying to put on the clothes I had laid out for myself to leave that day. I told her I needed a few minutes so I could leave, but she insisted to the front desk woman that I wasn’t going to leave. I was super stressed out, grabbing my stuff, and demanding she let me shut the door so I could change. I didn’t want the security guard watching me change. I have videos and everything. Anyway, the front desk told me to come back at 3 PM to check in, so I left and went to eat. I returned by 3:06 PM, and she was checking me in. In the middle of the process, I wasn’t saying anything except “okay” and “yeah.” I showed her the screenshot of how I had paid, and she’s like, “You can’t stay.” The security called the manager and said, “Do not rent,” which made no sense because I had already paid for the room, and the front desk knew this. They have no proof, and she’s calling the manager. He and his wife show up, and she explains her side, while I am just saying, “It’s for a night so I can get rest.” The wife gets behind the desk and starts pointing fingers and raising her voice. I am leaving after being screamed at, basically attacked by four people by this point—three being staff and earlier by the security guard. As I am walking out the door, he says, “Get the hell off my property.” Absolutely terrible service. It’s disgusting, and I can’t even get my refund. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with these people. It was awful, and they're disgusting as human beings. A complete invasion of privacy and no respect at all given.

Clean good water pressure. No handicap rooms, (bars in the tub are listed as walk in showers) The rooms need painted. You get what you pay for. It's close to downtown, but not so close that it's expensive, quiet.

This is pretty centrally located to the heart of OKC. The bldg is a little older but has been maintained. Facility was clean and staff was personable. Only had two floors but does have elevator available. Only concern is slight dip/ramp that wasn't noted on the eastern wing of the upper floor. Could be a concern for those not paying attention or with balance issues As this hotel is located off the hwy in the I35 eastern service Rd there is not much available as far as nearby restaurants. Would need to use vehicle or have delivered. Price is reasonable and bldg is secure due to all doors being located in interior without outside access except through designated doors

Used my reward points for a free night. Reserved online and chose because the photos and rating was better than others. Got there and had to put down a$100 cash deposit that I was unaware of or prepared for beforehand. I had to withdraw cash from an ATM for a fee that I won’t get back. The door frame of my room was cracked like it had been broken from someone trying to break into the room. There were holes in the walls and door that had been patched. The sink was broken away from the wall. The ceiling and wall on the outside wall had cracks in the paint where they meet.

This place was amazing really cheep for a get away night with friends or spouse. They were all really really nice and the rooms were amazing and very clean 10 out of 10 would recommend
