I liked the floors. The beds were fine. Could have used a little more room for toiletries in the bathroom. I would have appreciated it if I could the blinds to cover more of the light as the outside light did impact the interior of the room throughout the night.

The pool was never locked. I kept closing the door, but most others seemed to keep it open.

The lobby was nice. I appreciated the 24 hour coffee bar. Breakfast was good. Several options with all areas constantly replenished. It was congested in the morning, but I don't see a way to change that as it was arranged the best it could be. Every staff member I encountered seemed nice and helpful.

The room alarm went off at 6am so I'd recommend having housekeeping check the clocks during the cleaning. It was a rude awakening after such a rough night anyway.

Whoever redid the hotel took the time to work out details and get it done right. I was nice overall. The sleep was terrible which I referenced in another section. The next morning, I understood why the bathroom had a note that the front desk had complimentary ear plugs.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub, including the “greenhouse” building where they were located. The ice machine, trash cans and laundry were easily accessible.
The pancake machine was a lot of fun and they hit the spot. Having coffee/tea/juice/cocoa available 24/7 was an unexpected treat!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
We stayed for nearly a week and experienced no problems whatsoever.

my opinion of super eight motels has never been the highest, but I booked anyway, based on others reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and well kept.|||| the staff was very friendly and provided assistance when needed. The location is also great with many food and drink options within a mile area. ||||if I’m in Flagstaff again I would absolutely choose super eight for my stay as it was affordable and nothing but positive

Not a bad hotel. It is old and a bit run down, but the room was nice. It was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was just fine. There was an iron, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It only took about took 8-10 minutes to walk into town. ||The walls are quite thin and you can hear others talking or even walking in the room. You could hear road noise but I used a white noise app and it was fine.||Front desk staff was nice. Very light breakfast so bring your own food. All in all I can recommend.

Super close to down town Flagstaff. Great room for dogs since they have hardwood floors. The rooms are really well insulated and stayed warm even when it was 20 degrees out. I like that they have a microwave and a mini fridge. The room was really big and had lots of space to store my clothes since I was there for several nights. I would stay here again in the future.

Everything was wonderful. I want to commend the professionalism of the lady at the front desk on Saturday, October 5th, 2024. She kindly assisted me in replacing the bed sheets, even though it was late in the evening. Furthermore, during our stay, we moved one of the beds to make more space for our kids to play and found the floor to be quite clean. This indicated that the room was well-maintained and cleaned, which is not often the case, even in four-star hotels.

Girl at desk was great helping get us close to spa for my handicapped husband and getting us a shower chair. Had dinner at the spa. Pancake breakfast was to be desired, paperthin and cold butter and old peanut butter

Positive: Bed comfortable, room clean and spacious Negative: Older but very very nice. Best I have stayed at in awhile even with the extra 25 dollars for the dog
