I've stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience. It's clean. Beds are super comfortable. Front desk is very friendly. Close to many food options. Overall a great value honestly!

Noisy. There was hardly ever any fresh coffee. Parking lots a mess. Seemed more like a residential bldg of less desirables. Didn't feel safe. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Very noisy at all hours with babies crying, kids running around and dogs barking. Not fun experience

Positive: Their pillows, slept like a baby, even forgotten where I was at. The housekeeping were very helpful when I needed something for the room, especially the coffee when I needed filters. Thank you so much. Negative: Well, I arrived, I did have only 1 towel, that didn't help me much, they just need to double check before they check off there card.

Overall bad. Shower dirty with hair when arrived. Very old shower curtain. Loud people everywhere. Dogs barking in nearby rooms all through the night. Never again. Same price as the last hotel I stayed in up here but not even close to quality.

The entire place reeked of nasty cigarette smoke, or something of the sort. The hallways were dirty and who knows when they were vacuumed last. Dead bugs everywhere. Big globs of hair in our bathtub and floor. My husband wouldn’t allow us to bathe our kids. Sheets had yellow pee (I’m assuming and hoping that’s all) stains on them. The pillows were nasty and lumpy. My skin reeked of the smell when we left the next day but I did not want to shower. There was crumbs everywhere. It was clearly not vacuumed before we arrived. Our friend stayed as well and had to switch their room multiple times due to the filth and stench. The breakfast was just not it. I should have taken more pics but I was just grossed out. This place is overall just dirty and dingey. This place should maybe charge like 50$ a night, not $100 or more.

Paid $182 for second floor room with no elevator. Didn't use soaking tub because it was filthy and an 80's pink tub. The swimming pool was not heated. Free breakfast included waffles, frosted flakes, raisin bran, and white bread. That's it. Juice was flavored water. Not a breakfast at all. Very disappointed.

I have never filled out a negative public review before but I feel compelled to warn others about this property. Our room was dirty. We can deal with dated, but not dirty. We would have checked out an gone elsewhere but everything was booked. We barely slept. There were what appeared to be milk duds, popcorn, popcorn kernels, and wrappers on the floor by the beds (photos attached). The tub, which was the shower floor, was visibly dirty...brown. The faucet came off everytime we turned the water on. The bathroom door lock stuck, so my husband got locked in there twice. The blankets on the beds (not to be confused with the coverlets, which appeared to be newer) were nasty and full of burn holes.The woman at the front desk who checked us in could barely be bothered to look up from her phone, so reporting these items was a waste of time. We couldn't wait to check out in the morning! I would rather sleep in my car. Disgusting hotel.
