I travel for work between Missouri and Arkansas. I have stayed at the higher end hotels in town. What I have found is that the Patel family at Super 8 are much more friendlier, they great me by name when I walk in, the rooms are always absolutely spotless and very comfortable. My main request in a hotel room is 'having quiet' all the other hotels I have stayed at in town allow you to hear everything around you. Disrupting your sleep and it's very frustrating. Here I can have peace and quiet, I have yet to hear any neighboring rooms even when they are full. I choose this hotel over the high end hotels because of the staff and how quiet it is. The beds are very comfortable also. Def a 10/10 and will continue to return! My ONLY complaint is that the vending machines do not take debit cards! So if you don't have cash make sure to grab snacks before hand! Although, Casey's is right next door if you feel like stretching your legs!

Really nice hotel! Check in was easy and friendly! Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed and nice large shower head! An exceptional value. We would definitely recommend!

My sleeping got interrupted five days in a row from the loud noises every morning. They claimed free breakfast and the owner is super rude and meant to accuse me “it’s your fault. Look at what time is now!” For not able to get the breakfast on time and getting the second cup of coffee. Well, All I can say is he has no manners and rude to the guests. I stayed for five nights and it’s the only day I got my coffee. Ask for a stopper for bathtub. They will not want you to use their water. Unacceptable! And They lie and refuse services while it’s offered to others. If you want standards service for what you paid for, I suggest you go somewhere else instead of being discriminated because of your gender and identity. He yelled at me over half cup of juice because I’m a little Asian lady. Avoid it unless you want to be judged in many ways.

Great place for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is the limited breakfast: if just one family of 4 has a full breakfast, there's barely anything left, and they don't seem to like replenishing anything until the next morning (eg, 5 donuts, 6 small muffins, and 5 yogurts available). The only unlimited items other than coffee are waffle batter and juice.

Great place to stay a night or two! Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful! The check-in process was easy and quick! If we ever make it back to Mountain Home this is where we will stay!

Stayed 2 nights minus the neighbors having screaming kids I enjoyed my stay. Updated room and Bathrooms and both clean. I will be glad to stay there again if there's another snow storm in future! Oh should also mention I felt safe as a solo traveler. Not that MNT Home is a bad area but still things can be uncomfortable as a solo person

Positive: The location , but I would not want to stay there again. Negative: Too much to list but here goes; Bad chemical cleaner smell I. The room, bed uncomfortable, didn't really feel safe, free breakfast was awful, bathroom towels and products substandard...etc.
