Great location! The staff is helpful, friendly, and reliable. The rooms are clean and bug free. The pool is broken, but as a safe, clean, place to stay in a convenient location at a great price. I have no complaints.

The pictures online Do Not match the way the building actually looks, very misleading!! Paint was missing off some of the outside doors, just cosmetic, but still a sock pulling in and it not looking like what we saw online!! Staff was very friendly, and helpful, and it wasn't too far from restaurants and shopping!!! Rooms were clean, but could stand to be updated!!

Booked two rooms. The room's was okay the carpet really needs to be changed ...looks like it came from the '70s with all the stains.
Taking my grandchildren and children to hike Petit Jean mountain.. the reason I chose this place is because they had a continental breakfast... The milk was a gallon jug that was half gone... Open to the public to just do whatever they want to do with the gallon of milk.... The fruit cups was expired... And when I brought it to the man's attention at the front desk he said he didn't know anything about it I showed him the fruit cup is expired... He said I don't know they get it from Sam's club... So I told my children and my grandchildren do not eat anything unless you can make sure it's in date... The juice was also expired... Of course there was no date but you could taste it.... The coffee is more like water.... The only good thing was the pancakes.... Cool little machine making pancakes my grandkids loved it.... The lady that checked us in was super sweet... The man at the desk the next day has no business in customer service. The waffle House in the parking lot has a funky smell when you open the door that will turn you around if you had any sense of smell at all ..... Drive-thru McDonald's is your best bet for breakfast..... Unless you want pancakes.....

Friendly and very helpful staff. We had a fridge and microwave in the room. No coffee pot but they always had coffee in the lobby. Would definately stay again.

Positive: Location and the other staff Negative: The guy at the desk was asked to turn his phone while I was there. And didn?t! And he never has fresh coffee in morning time

They should not advertise laundry services for the fact that they will not provide change to use the facilities laundry and they have debit card scanners that don't even work YOU CANNOT DO LAUNDRY HERE UNLESS YOU BRING 5 TO 10 DOLLARS OF CHANGE WOTH YOU

Such a surprisingly good experience! Only paid $57 and has been the best hotel of my trip from Kansas to Alabama and back. Will definitely come here again. Room was clean and fresh smelling. There’s a cool pancake maker and you get 10% off the Waffle House that’s right in front of the hotel. I loved the decor in the room, featuring a big black and white photo of the nearby waterfall on the wall. Lady who checked me in was nice. Love this place!
