Seeing all the bad reviews after my 4 night stay. Honestly, it wasn’t that bad. The smell when you first walk into the room is iffy, along with the housekeepers and people stomping around in the rooms above us. But everything else was pretty decent.

I stayed here for 4 whole nights and it wasn’t as bad as the other hotel I stayed at previously. The pool was closed, but that’s alright. I didn’t get to try to breakfast because I slept in. The shower was a little dirty and the bed sheets had burn marks, but again. Wasn’t absolutely horrible like everyone says it is.

Friendly but that's about all. Room was tiny and had 2 beds shoved in there, stains on the mattress. The shower was dirty and bathroom floor was dirty. I checked the mattress for bed bugs bc that worried me.

I stayed here for three nights. My room was in terrible shape. The curtains were torn, stained, and written on. The door handle was almost falling off. The bathroom was nasty. One of the towels was falling apart. All of them had stains on them. The worst part was that someone had two small dogs who would bark if a fly farted. They were never on a leash. They barked at my dog and tried to get at him. I wonder if Super 8 knows that one of their hotels is in this tough of shape and if they do know, why they don’t intervene.

I would give this hotel no stars if I could. My family came to visit me after a year of not seeing them due to being stationed in OKC. We wanted something close to my house and this seemed like the perfect spot. My mom's stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. When she first checked in, she found beer bottles under the bed, which was incredibly disgusting and showed a complete lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the shower head in her room was broken, making it impossible for her to take a proper shower it soaked the entire bathroom when trying to use it.

When she went to the front desk to report these issues, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a quick solution, they acted like she was inconveniencing them. Eventually, they moved her to another room, but the overall experience was already ruined.

This hotel clearly does not prioritize cleanliness or customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. My mom's experience was so bad that I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It was OK. The people were nice. The walls had chipped paint and the blanket had holes in it. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was barely anything. Location wasn't good without a car. But it was nice to sleep in. I'd go back if needed, but more likely to look for something with better upkeep.

Room had cigarette burns in the bedspread....NON smoking room. Is very run down. Microwave didn't work, sheets looked dirty, found a couple of chicken nuggets on the floor. Not enough power points. Reception room stunk of dogs. The coffee was good, but the breakfast choice was woeful.... A muesli bar, or flat doughnut things. We felt uncomfortable and latched and locked the door. The location to the interstate was the only bonus....we left at 6am....asap.

Seriously, this is the nastiest motel in MWC! The place is crawling with drug users/dealers... I found numerous used types of devices outside on the property grounds. The main front desk individual is RUDE, incompetent, and has far from acceptable customer service skills. The cleanliness of the rooms is questionable at best, considering I had to CLEAN my shower prior to use. However, the door that doesn't securely lock wasn't the only thing keeping me awake. The partying, fighting, and barking dogs that continued all night, definitely made this extremely negative review possible.

I understand that the Super 8 name is associated with a lesser quality business than say, Holiday Inn, but I'm willing to bet that even the Super 8 Corporate Offices wouldn't be accepting of these indiscretions. They definitely WILL NOT be receiving any more money from me.
