The room was clean enough but still a bit dusty. The room was very old and outdated. My sheet had a stain. No streaming on the very small TV, only local channels. There was a giant bag of trash outside of my room that was never collected.

We checked in on March 27 and checked out April 1st. Our non smoking room reeked of marijuana. We tried to call the desk to inform them but the phone was dead. During our 5 night stay, housekeeping never came by one time. We had to go to the office each night to request bedding, towels, and toilet paper. The person at the desk was neither surprised nor apologetic. We will not return

I had a great experience Aliesha, the front desk lady was absolutely amazing understanding and patient with my and my daughter ❤️. She was always so kind caring and had a smile on her face that was cencear.
The only thing I didn't like was the skinny little white woman, didn't get her name but she had short colored hair up to about her jawline ish area.
I used the hotel room to ask for soaps and lotion and said I would need a fee due to my long thick hair and 3 people in my room. I told her I was fine with coming to the front desk and would be up in 10 to 15 minutes.
As soon as she answered the phone she huroughed and gave me an attitude and told me I had to go to the office and pick it up, which was fine but the way she said with such aggression.
Then when me and my 1 year old walked up to the office, the alarm rings letting her know I was in the office, she through something, couldn't see it but I assume her phone since she's normally on it, she huroughed me again and shoved the bag of lotions and soaps on the glass window and said " There "
She seems to get pissed off and aggressive about doing her job. So I refused to go up to the desk while she was working.
But other then her, the rooms were amazing, housing was absolutely patient and polite, customers we nice, very peaceful.
Alshiea, was absolutely amazing I honestly could see her getting a raise soon or even see her being a GM there. She is the person everyone would want to see when they go to check in, out or late at night if you need an extra towels or soaps, and didn't through/shove them at you. She was my favorite!!! Bless her and her family.

Nice friendly staff which is super important to me on anywhere I review....
Prices were great....
Rooms were good for the price...They have smoking rooms!!! Which was important to us....
I will stay there again

Excellent service, easy check-in, very comfortable room with fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, with a big screen TV, and a bath tub. Check-out was at noon and the continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels, and mini muffins. The staff is friendly and the location is surrounded by restaurants.

Very close to some good food and shopping. Stayed for a few weeks here and the only complaint i would have is room size here. But great staff for sure.

Location is the only positive, the biggest negative is the fact that two people on the Ohio offender registry list this place as a permanent residence, if you have kids just know they have the chance of encountering two predators, homeless people bring the place down too. There’s a Hampton around the corner just stay there.

This place would be at least a 3 (maybe 4 if we had visited in warmer weather and could try the pool) but the fact that there's even still the option of smoking rooms in 2024 is why we rated it a 2. We left our door open for hours, and I can still smell smoke on some of my items after being home 2 whole days. Breakfast was provided, but it was cold and unimpressive. Staff was great, especially while accommodating our last minute need to stay an extra night.
