Mario was so nice and accommodating when we checked in and out! All the staff was so nice and helpful! Pet friendly rooms. Ground floor rooms with a view of the Lake Havasu! We stayed a week here and everyone was so nice. Huge parking lot, two electric hook ups for power. Boat parking . Highly recommended this place best of all it affordable. Thank you!

As a solo traveler, I never felt unsafe. Location was great. If just a place to sleep, this is fine. Seems a bit rundown, but my main problem was with the lighting, especially in the restroom. Only light was over the vanity, while the rest of the bathroom was very dark. Did not take a shower as, once the curtain was pulled, it would be totally dark inside. I think this would be a safety issue, as my particular room was, I think, considered an assessable room with grab bars around the toilet and shower. An overhead light would greatly enhance visibility.
Also, had to pretty much walk into a dark room--lights were not available from the doorway other than a bare bulb over the door, and had to fish around for the switch.

Guy at check in was ok however later in the day when coworker was actually helping us he was badgering him about money he owed. Office smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though pool and hot tub were advertised they were not working another huge disappointment! Another guest was given our room at check in and actually tried getting in room, this mistake should not have happened! Locality was good overall disappointed.

The hotel was great for a short stay. Clean property. Clean rooms. The front desk was amazing in guiding us to local places to visit during the day and places to eat. The breakfast was great with cold cereal and hot cereal with different beverages for everybody's likings. I would recommend.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The beds were comfortable but our room had several holes in the walls and others where they had caulked but had not repainted. ||||I do have to say it was a quiet room and if you get a room on the backside you have a view of the lake.

This location is right down the street from the London Bridge and ferry to cross the lake to the Havasu Landing Resort/Casino. The motel is old and not well maintained. Breakfast was simple. No meat, waffles, pancakes, eggs or juice. Smoking is not supposed to be allowed but both nights the hallways were filled with Marijuana odor. Our room TV was not the greatest. We had trouble turning it on. We will not stay at this location again.

Had a good time. Rooms were good for the price. Wasnt expecting anything extravagent. Room was clean👍 bed was comfy. Hot tub worked. The Ac blew ice cold. Ice machine worked.. the staff was super nice and very helpful. I Don't have anything bad to say About my experience

Positive: The location was perfect for me. Negative: I think the service could have been better. I was told i would be receiving maid service but i never did during my entire stay. I was there for a 5 night stary.I believe the continental breakfast was misleading.
