It seems to be that Ms. Sullivan is a friend of the new manager and was asked to do a review. Just my opinion.

The cleanliness of the place is actually due to Andy and front desk lady Cara. Andy is amazing & sweet, Cara is also very sweet and hands down one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They both genuinely care about the guests. They go above and beyond to try to make you feel comfortable, happy, safe ect. They definitely turned my somewhat awful trip into a pretty decent one that I'd do again if needed. Anytime I travel through that area I will definitely stay at Super 8. Thanks again guys you're great.

Perfect location near the Pilot and Loves as well as Carls Jr. the service was amazing! I met Michelle and Tracy, they are the managers and they were so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. I love this hotel, it’s affordable and cozy☺️, I will be staying here again!

They have a new manager named Michelle who is really cleaning up the place. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and accommodating. Place was clean. It's also right next to the gas station with Subway and snacks so that was nice.

Had to stay during a family crisis situation with my young son while my mother was in the hospital; Michelle and Tracey went above and beyond to try to assist us in making the stay as easy as possible and were very understanding and accommodating when my mom was discharged and also had to stay with us. The room was clean, and any concerns I've had were addressed quickly by the staff.

Bed sheets were so thin you could see the mattress pattern through them, bathtub was filthy. I called ahead of time and requested a ground level room and when we arrived, I was told they did not make that accommodation. Front desk person seemed annoyed to help us. No extra pillows, half the towels had mysterious yellow stains, wash clothes were dingy, and there was a used tissue under on seat in our “clean” room. The breakfast was cereal and there were no spoons. The non-smoking room next to us had marijuana smoke seeping into our room. There were only 2 outlet options and the one attached to the nightstand would lose power off and on which would not be a huge issue if it didn’t continue to kick the c-pap machine on and off. Overall 1/10.||Only one because I don’t believe there we left with any bedbugs

Other then some riffraff it's a good place to go affordable and the staff are all very nice and helpful. There breakfast was ok but definitely has improved. Thank you guys!

NOT kid-friendly! Traveling with two kids and Klamath is our halfway point. We needed something budget-friendly for one evening so my kiddos and I can sleep before hitting the road again. I was attracted to the free breakfast so we can eat and go in the morning, unfortunately this was nothing short of a stressful and frustrating stay due to the following reasons, but I’ll start with the pros.

Pros:

The evening staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a booking issue through the third party we booked from, and the evening staff let us come to our room while she sorted the issue so I can change the baby and let my older kiddo go potty. We came back down and signed some papers, and we’re good to go. Our TV didn’t work when we got to the room, and when we called down she came up quickly to fix it and didn’t leave until the she did! In the morning when informed the there were no high chairs, the staff member attempted to make one for us, which was very kind of him.

Cons:

In the room, there were exposed chords and outlets where a dresser would usually be to hide it, making it impossible to relax with a curious 1 year old. The bed was horribly warped and with the three of us trying to share, it made for an awful nights sleep. The top cover was badly stained so we removed it and slept with one single cover, relying mostly on the heater. Our bathtub was also stained and damaged.

As mentioned, the Hotel offers free breakfast but quickly ran out of things by 7am which is half an our after it starts. The hotel also doesn’t offer high chairs leaving us unable to sit and enjoy breakfast, as we needed to chase the toddler around and try to make our meal one handed. We had to return to our room to try and eat peacefully.

Lastly, the hotel doesn’t have elevators and there is only one entrance, it took multiple trips (one handed) to bring our bags and kids to our room. Overall I am quite disappointed, there are lesser known hotels in the area that we’ve enjoyed much more without the breakfast. This hotel was not at all kid/family friendly and was a frustrating experience, we will not be coming back.

Traveling here, I got to meet the managers Michelle and Tracy. Michelle was very friendly and very helpful, I appreciated her efforts in keeping a clean and friendly hotel experience, and I would stay here again 😊
