Online check in fantastic. Rooms are cool and mini fridge works great and is bigger than most. I enjoyed my stay. Oh and shower pressure is decent. Most places there is hardly any pressure. I recommend. Price is right also, since I am here from So Cal, price is very impressive.

I booked a one night stay here and my room has a bedbug infestation. I woke up covered head to toe in bites. Struggling to get my refund for the night. Definitely book elsewhere if you don't want to bring home a bedbug infestation

Terrible place to stay! Avoid at all costs!

I stayed at this motel for a night, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The blanket was torn and had hair everywhere. The washroom floor and toilet seat were filthy, with water running continuously. The reception staff was unhelpful and only said they were sold out for the night. The wall paint and furniture were old and worn out, and even the carpet in the rooms and common areas was faded.

Moving to Texas from Cali, with dog and cat. Nice spacious room, clean and comfy. Quick check-in, courteous and professional. The bed was firm with lots of pillows. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, much thanks, "Super 8"!!

I could not believe how gross this place is. TV didn't work. The lights went out in the middle of the night so no AC. No table just a chair near the bed to put phones on. And the bathroom. Ugh. Everything was broken. If I could give this place a minus 10, I would. I would have rather sept on the street. Never again. I mean never again ever Wish I had taken pictures

Needed 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. Ended up getting one room with a king bed and had to upgrade for a suite to get 2queen beds . Unfortunately after returning from leaving for awhile to pick up some restaurant food we noticed no toilet seat on the toilet . We told the front desk and was told we can get the only room remaining which has one king bed . The king bed room was cheaper than the room that was a suite, the employee said she can’t do any refunds . Therefore we didn’t want to over pay for a regular room. The employee said she’ll go gather some toilet seats then return so we can pick a seat to have somewhat of a toilet. We waited and waited for her to return, our hot food turned cold , we waited to unpack cause she mentioned the suite had to be closed due to safety concerns therefore we couldn’t unpack in fear of being forced to the other room , we couldn’t do anything except wait. The employee was by herself and she was busy so we kept waiting, keep in mind we have a little boy that was upset . (11:15pm)After waiting over an hour for the employee to return we gave up and started unpacking. All night we wondered if the employee would return with toilets seats or if maintenance would show up early in the morning… neither happened, so I then spoke to the desk in the morning to get some compensation for the issues. In result I got told no cause I didn’t want to accept the smaller room which we would be charged a higher price due to us getting the suite and the employee not being able to refund the difference.

I wish things could’ve been different, we would’ve accepted as little as $20 compensation just to ease the stress of all the nonsense.
Avoid this place and all the headaches that come along with it !

We have stayed in many Super 8 motels and always enjoyed them.|This one however was not good.|After driving over 200 miles I look forward to my coffee from the dispenser during check in. It was cold! Not just tepid but stone cold. There was no offer to make fresh or apologies. |I was looking forward to doing my laundry after 2 weeks on the road but the laundry machines were out of order. No cold water dispenser as in other Super 8 motels. I decided that in Kingman maybe they did things differently and I sure wasn't wrong. The toilet in the bathroom room trickled constant water, tired and fed up we decided not to make a scene and with the door closed it couldn't be heard. By morning the flush would no longer work. We told them at the front desk, who wasn't helpful at all. We asked if there was a toilet we could use and were told all rooms were booked and there are no communal restrooms due to the homeless. We were stuck without a toilet!!! The guy 'very kindly' offered us a plunger! Again I explained it was not blocked but the flush didn't work. He said he would take a look later. Desperate for the toilet we said it was unacceptable and if we left the toilet dirty we would be charged on our card. He then decided to have a look and managed to fix it for us.|Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, warm bottled water, warm juice boxes and yoghurt (at least cold). I appreciate that all Super 8 motels can differ, but come on ALL the others had a toaster and waffle maker.|I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.|

Terrible hotel. Old and outdated. Noisy location on highway, industrial area behind (noisy) Broken security keypads on exterior doors, broken ice machine and no internet in rooms, poor reception in lobby too. Crap breakfast, my milk was sour. Room's microwave and mini fridge dirty. Keep on driving by this hotel.
