This place is a gem! The staff was very professional and friendly! Included a very nice free breakfast! I love the location, it's very easy to get to everything! The rooms were very spacious and clean as well! I stopped here on the way to california, and stopped here again on my way back because it was so nice! I can highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet heater/AC. Clean. Walking distance to eateries. NiMarcos Pizza very good. Local business begun by students. Breakfast burrito place also nearby. Shuttle service to Phoenix only 1.7 miles away. View of mountains behind hotel most impressive. Will stay here again!

The location is away from the busy downtown area but close enough to all the restaurants and stores. Place was quiet. Beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was good simple waffles, cereals, breads and your juice or coffee. All staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a pet room which is nice that they allow pets. However, the room has carpet and it smelled BAD like piss. We had to keep our window opened all of our stay. Housekeeping the day we were checking out came in to our room at 8am ummmm check out is 11am. she then checked again about 9;30 and this was a Monday morning.

I have stayed here 3 times before, the past 3 ski seasons. My experiences have been good in the past. I went to book for this year online, and they wanted to charge almost $500 for 2 nights, which is outrageous for 2 week nights. I ended up booking down the street for $200 less. It's nice to have the free breakfast in the morning, but for $200 more, I can get 3 meals a day for myself and my son. I guess I won't be staying here anymore.

I would like to thank the people who work here for this amazing hotel! Free breakfast is one of my favorite things and they were so good! The coffee is the best! The rooms were amazing, and the beds were comfortable! I wish I could stay in this amazing hotel! The service was amazing, the staff was respectful. We stayed in this hotel en route to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas and we really loved it. The rooms were very clean and spacious and there was enough beds for a family of six. However, we think the breakfast could have been better as they had no proteins when we had ours. On the whole, our brief stay was relaxing after being on the road for more than 13 hours.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Location was great for us, and it’s at a great price point. Ashley in the office was super helpful! She was willing to print some forms my husband needed urgently for work, having to dig through multiple emails to find the pages he needed. She went above and beyond to help us!

Nice and clean, breakfast staff wasn’t that friendly, check in and front desk was great though! Cereal was very stale, the waffles were great, worth the cost. Only complaint is the person in the room next door had their tv on all night which kept everyone up in my room because it was so loud. You can hear the trains and traffic but if your a heavy sleeper you wouldn’t notice.
