The gentleman that checked me in was super accommodating. All requests we had he fulfilled.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious.
From now on when we are in Enid, this is where we will stay.

I had a few issues with the room such as broken lock on door, toilet handle broken, heater broken, and there was a mouse in my room. Although, I encountered all these issues the front desk staff and maintenance tried to fix some issues. They were unsuccessful but were accommodating and moved me rooms. I also had to inform the front desk staff that someone snuck out of the room I was moved to unbeknownst to them. There was a lot going on at the place but the customer service was exceptional!

My boyfriend stayed there and it was horrible, he couldn’t even stay, broken tv, bed bugs. Terrible. Locks on the bathroom door didn’t work, heater didn’t work right. They gave 3 bottles of conditioner instead of shampoo and soap

Stayed here for almost a month with our grandson. Owners were great to work with us and our situation. Rooms were clean and quiet. Couldn't hear any noise coming from the rooms on either side of us which was a huge plus with having a 1 year old and the rooms are nice and dark with the curtain pulled as well. Most of the guests seemed to be here for work so not a lot of traffic in and out. Seriously was like home away from home. And the price was great too. Before we left there staff was even offering to watch the grandbaby and asking about him if they saw us without him. Would definitely stay there again. They went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family and not just a customer!

This place charged my card 6 times for 3 nights that we paid in cash. Still no refund or response from them!
I gave the front desk 5 stars because Jody was an absolute pleasure. But the owner doesn't care .
They rooms weren't very clean, the AC was broken as well as the coffee maker in our room. I won't stay here again.

Stayed there for about 3 weeks. Good quiet location. When I say quiet, I mean quiet. You can always tell how good a hotel is, by the parking lot and this one was full every night. Ria and Jay , the owners really have this place moving it the right direction. Good breakfast when I was up in time. Clean rooms, hospitable staff. And don't let me forget the redhead that works the front desk, killer smile and just damn pleasent to be around.

My husband stayed at this hotel for a month and a half last day he paid was at the end of June. Come almost 3 months later his credit card gets charged 3 different times for a total of $300. Try to call about 50 calls times they answer and hang up. Finally got someone answers, I explain my issue and they hung up on me. By them hanging up and not trying to resolve the issue, just proves that they are thieves. I would never stay again.
