For the most part it was not too bad. Got our room, wanted to wash up, no hot water. Ran it for over five minutes, still cold. Turned it to cold, no water at all. Also, the TV wouldn’t turn on. Went to call the front desk, phone wasn’t working. Girl came to check it out, TV remote needed batteries. With the phone, the phone cord was damaged. She couldn’t get the hot water to work either. Changed rooms, still no hot water. Changed rooms again, there was hot water. But the next morning there was no hot water again. Fix your water issue, people!!! But the girl from last night, Katrina, shout out to her. It was her second day on the job, she tried her best. Other than that, slept well, location was good, price was good.

Rooms were very clean. Staff here was very polite and respectful especially Katrina. She went out of her way to make this stay comfortable and pleasant. We have been on the road for a week and a half. Needed to get out of the truck for a night. Katrina was so helpful to make this happen. Working on the road is hard to find descent places to stay with a tractor-trailer.

The only good thing about this place was the lady in the lobby behind the front desk. She was very nice and very helpful. My room had stained sheets and roaches everywhere. I stayed two nights. After the first night, I went somewhere for a few hours and when I came back my key card wouldn't work. They thought I had checked out, even though they had my motel confirmation saying I was staying two nights and not one. I'm never staying at a Super 8 again. Other than the sweet lady behind the counter, everything else was horrible. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

I stayed at this Super 8 location and was extremely disappointed. The room was filthy and had stains everywhere—on the towels, washcloths, face cloths, bed sheets, and comforter. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the front desk to request fresh towels, the phone in the room didn’t even work. I couldn’t believe it. This is an embarrassment for Super 8.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff at the front desk—both the morning and night shifts were polite and professional. Unfortunately, the condition of the room completely ruined my experience.

Would not recommend staying here.

Rqstd a non smoking room. Smelled smoke the 2nd we walked in. Even admitted that the guy before us had been caught smoking. Linens were old and stained. Seemed clean but not what I expect from Super 8. Lady at desk was nice.

Horrible stay, I wish I would’ve taken pictures. Rooms look like they’re full of tetanus and were cheaply renovated years ago. Was put in a different room because the only available king didn’t have ac, the next room I went to didn’t have ac either. Front desk wouldn’t help with anything and just left a phone number at the desk. Advertise breakfast, but they do not actually have it. Not worth the cheap night

Positive: Room was clean. Negative: The address to the hotel was wrong. It took us a while to find. We booked the reservation because it said there was a continental breakfast, but when we checked in, there was a sign on the desk saying there was no breakfast being served.very frustrating.

The gentleman checking us in was very nice and accommodating and helpful. But……. The first room was clean but the door locks were inoperative and would not close. He changed us to a different room, upon entering we found a small roach going across the bed spread, we didn’t see anymore, then the bathroom door would not unlock, thankfully we didn’t close it before we noticed it otherwise we would have been stuck inside. The carpets smelled of old beer in the hallways and the room was not much better. I would have checked out and found a cleaner place if I hadn’t been so tired. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
