My mother was staying here for about a week, she said the staff was super nice and accommodating. Her room wasn't handicap accessible but they made sure she was on the bottom floor and close to the door. The rooms are relatively nice and pretty clean from what I could see. They have a breakfast station and other amenities.

Positive: Comfy beds Negative: Upstairs felt like the building was swaying, drawers kept slamming opening on their own, and you will get a contact high just walking through. Moved downstairs, the toilet ran all night keeping my whole family awake. Waste of money to stop and rest.

I checked into a queen double suite. Upon arrival, the floor was riddled with stains. Upon entering the room, it was visible that it was properly cleaned:
- found 3 roaches (one under the sink, one near the bed in the far right of the room, and one in the corner of the room by the door)

- mirror was stained

- bathroom toilet has stains on the top and the seat and the inner bowl

- the night stands were sticky and stained

- the room smelled musty, wet damp smell

- the bed cover was dirty, brown stains on the top sheet and cigarette holes in the top blanket

I went to the front desk to inform the clerk. She gave me a smaller room with double beds that also had visible stains on the night stands, food stains on the microwave and the frig, hair dryer was had a thick layer of lint and dirt and didn’t work, the toilet was dirty and had built up dirt around the toilet top.

I wet across the street to the gas station and bought pine sol cleaner, disinfectant spray, paper towels, and spent one hour cleaning the night stands, counter tops, sink, toilet top and bowl, mirrors, microwave, and frig, and the hair dryer with cord (even though it doesn’t work). I did this because it was 11:30 pm when I checked in and we drove 13 hours from Ohio in a snow storm to be in El Dorado for a funeral and we couldn’t get another hotel at this hour being that it is now 1:12 am in the morning.

There was a whopper and fries in the microwave when I arrived… the woman who works overnight… I believe her name is Veronica, is very rude. She wanted to argue with me about the WiFi code that was wrong on my key card sleeve … and I had a visitor try to walk up to my room and she wouldn’t allow them to do so… said I have to come down stairs and get them… the person was bringing me some drinks because their drink machine messed up. So now I’m thirsty for the night. But other than that, I like the hotel. I LOVE THE HOUSEKEEPER TINA. SHE DOES HER JOB SO WELL

Hair Dryer Didn't Work
Switched to smaller room...that was srill dirty.
Dirty Stained hallway.
Dirty Desks
Dirty bathroom
Got the runaround trying to get a refund.

Just a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Never buying a room from them again i traveled over a hour to stay here and they have bed bugs please guys spend your money somewhere else and the front office guy Chris was very rude.

Positive: Clean rooms and the cleaning staff was pretty nice it?s also the closest hotel to my in-laws Negative: The manager is rude every time we come and it?s so bad that the staff calls her Medusa and the second thing that is really not great. They?re really isn?t a breakfast. It?s just cereal, toast, Jell-O, coffee, and yogurt.

Rooms not very clean and service very poor. Had to ask for towels and washcloths and was told and then told housekeeping was gone for the day and would have to wait until the next day. Bedspread full of cigarette burns yet we were in a non smoking room. Not a good hotel
