The staff is amazing! They called me to confirm my reservation, told them it was a long trip so check in would be extremely late they were very understanding and even told me to have a safe trip and all. Absolutely love the staff! Rooms are clean and honestly everything is great!

Room not clean, nor coffee pods available without going to office to request items. This facility needs to be inspected for maintenance and upkeep reasons. This facility did not meet up to the same quality or expectations of other Super 8 motel's I've stayed in.

We stayed here for 9 days. It was updated, clean, and the staff was really nice & friendly. Went above and beyond to make us welcome. Housekeeping every 3 days and always had extra towels. No bugs and very quite. Will definitely be back if in the area.

I’m in town because father is ill, room was comfortable but when I turned on tv, couldn’t change channel, sticky gunk on controls, couldn’t get anyone at front desk to answer phone, door locked, so much for 24 hour front desk, then at 4:30am I tried to make coffee in my room, after cleaning the pot (more sticky gunk all over pot) I discovered no place to put coffee, the filter holder missing. I waited till 6:30 for the continental breakfast, guess what? No one there! I rang bell and called number for 10 minutes before the guy opened up. I told him coffee pot in my room missing parts, he pointed to pot on counter, went to back and never came back. I drank 2 cups of coffee then left. No food offered. Left keys in room, won’t be back! He said he had family emergency, well so did I and I had to get back to my dying dad to relieve cousin. Owner should have called in help instead of ignoring responsibility.

It's a Super 8 so I'm not expecting the Hilton or anything. The new owner was super sweet at the desk and she said she'd personally help get us new sheets or towels but it's just her on the property because she let all of her employees off for Thanksgiving. The property is older but everything in our room worked and was clean. She has filtered water in the lobby and I appreciate that so much.

At the Super 8 in Duncan, OK I couldn’t bear to step more than a few feet inside the motel because the room felt so so wrong… vibrationally. The vibe was crime and uncleanness 🦠. I brought cleaning supplies in from my car 🚙 in an attempt to make the room hospitable. I didn’t get past the first piece of furniture when I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep in room 159. When I asked for a refund via phone call, the general manager came down and looked in the room and said it looked fine and because I’d been there 45 minutes he wouldn’t give me a refund. I told him I had stood outside most of those 45 minutes. I told the manager I’d report it through Expedia, and then walked away. He stood outside my car yelling at me that there was nothing wrong with the room. I quietly drove away.
