Positive: I was in a fairly good location and was mostly clean. Negative: It said on website the suite we rented had a jacuzzi tub, but it did not. There were food crumbs all around the microwave, so it had not been wiped down before we got in the room. It said it had free breakfast, but it was just toast and a mini muffin.

Positive: The Lobby condition and cleanness Negative: My first 4 days trash was not picked up, and towels were not changed, I needed to remind them.. Staff could be more customer friendly, not normally the personally you find in a hotel. Afterwards, service improved! 2nd floor always had things laying around

This is one of the nicer "2-star" hotels I've stayed at. Rooms are very clean, freshly updated, and well appointed with a microwave, fridge (which actually works!), and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is also pet friendly, which my dog really appreciated.

My got stuck in Oklahoma during a recent snow storm and this place was a pleasant surprise, felt like a more expensive hotel.

Only bad part was the breakfast, which was very basic, and mostly sugary bread things. But the rest of the hotel was so nice that I really can't complain!

PS: The Chinese restaurant across the street is really good!

Clean rooms and excellent customer service at the front desk. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were also good. Easy access to a main road which is also the only real downfall due to noise of traffic. Overall a great experience and if I am in Claremore again for a few days I will stay again.

Wasn't horrible, but you definitely get what you pay for. Lobby and hallways smelled bad, but luckily room smelled ok. Don't plan on eating breakfast there, all they offer is cereal, waffles and lots of high carb items. ||Location was convenient

Handicapped persons beware. The rooms that are labeled "Handicapped" are really not. The shower/tub combo offers a fold down bench seat. It's not a roll in or even walk in shower. The tub sides are taller than most. Also beware if you travel with a service or support dog, even with confirmation, you will be told that you cannot have a service animal in a handicapped room. This makes no sense. Our reservation was for 2 nights and when we asked about staying a third we were told we would have to change rooms because of our dog. This again makes absolutely no sense. Our dog had already been there for 2 nights. The manager was making noises about extra cleaning needed because of our dog. We paid 20.00 a night cash on top of the room rate which was paid by card. The wanted cash for the dog deposit. After standing in the lobby at the front desk while on crutches for 15 minutes the manager finally heard me and came to the desk so we could discuss their pet policy, he was pretty much yelling after I asked him if he had ever heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act and laws. We enjoyed Claremore but we will never stay here again. As for Wyndham, this is the 3rd crappy location they have lended their name to. I guess pretty much any hotel or motel can be a Wyndham without any sort of screening or oversight. What's the point of earning points if you are afraid to use them? I mean seriously I have several thousand points languishing away that I will never use and Wyndham could care less. I contacted them after my first bad experience and they never bothered to call me back like I was told they would. I am probably too polite, but I guess I will just let my wallet do my talking or lack thereof talking... never getting another dime from me.

Irs a nice, clean hotel. Lots of noise from the street, I'd suggest getting a room on the back side, away from the street. I gave 4 stars because of the sparse breakfast. Went down at 8 am, they only had cold cereal or instant oatmeal, honey buns or waffles, but it was out of batter. I would stay again, but go somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Super 8 at Claremore, OK is very clean with comfortable beds...A freshly remodel look...You can tell management cares about their guests comfort and clean rooms.
