I was surprised of how the rooms looked considering the city of Byron is more on the upscale side. The room was smelly and you can smell mold/mildew on the carpet. I pulled the covers back just to find dried up blood stains in the sheets. Super 8 make enough money to purchase clean, stain free sheets.

Checked in very late just looking to get a couple of hours of sleep and get back on the road. Glad I was able to stop and rest but the beds were terribly hard and the room had a weird smell to it. I also had my two dogs with me because the website said they were pet friendly. However, the next morning I took my dogs out to go potty and they threw a fit, coming into my room trying to claim my dogs tore up the room. My dogs slept in a crate and did not in fact tear up the room. They were very rude about my puppies that morning and then charged my card extra money. When I checked in I was never asked about my animals and was never told I would be charged an extra fee. Weird they came into my room while I was there! Probably wouldn’t recommend simply because the place was uncomfortable and smelly but also because the staff was kind of rude.

We stayed October 31, 2024,for one night. After unpacking, going to eat and getting into bed, it was discovered that the TV didn't work. My husband went down to the desk and got no results. When checking out in the morning, I asked for a discount of maybe $10, that was not granted. He said he would call me by 10:00, if that was possible. I got no call. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desire - the waffles were soggy, the coffee was awful and the only thing we could eat was the cold cereal. We will NOT stay there again. We chose that hotel because it was rated 4 stars. I would give it a 2 for the inconvenience of not having a TV and not offering to change our room. Oh yes, we found a live roach on the bathroon counter in the morning !!!! Yuck !!!

We stayed here a couple months ago and was very impressed. Our expectations was low but we ended up enjoying it very much and it was very clean. We plan to stay here again this week.

This was a horrible experience. We needed pet friendly hotel while traveling and everything in the area was booked, last resort was here. My son was covered in fleas after being in the room only for about 15 minutes or so.

Do not expect a decent breakfast. They breakfast is just sausage and gravy or a pancake. NO meat option. No gluten free option unless you want to eat an apple. Not worth the money, I woke up early for nothing.

Nice rooms. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired. They ran out of milk, and unlike the pictures, they don't have eggs.

Very impressed with my room. Bed was very comfortable, bedding looked new and the room was freshly painted and spotless. Located right of the interstate and next to gas. I would highly recommend this for overnight or extended stay.
