Cleanliness wanting alot.

50$ deposit

Few trushy places n trush left outside especially lower side.

Find uncleaned toilet,

Old Food still in fridge from previous guests.

Floor uncleaned with some trush.

Table not wiped.

Tv remote sticky as have never been cleaned in a long time.

I complained they changed me to another room that was slightly better. But table had sticky uncleaned food spots.

I had to wipe my table.

The only thing they are doing is making up the bed and they need to work on their housekeeping policy.

I came here coz of available truck parking as I needed that desparately.otherwise A NO NO for now.

I can't fathom what the last 5 reviewers experienced, they must've picked up their game.
This is a true gem!
I've never seen a budget motel as clean as this.
I rarely bother with such reviews... I felt obligated because this is a very nice surprise.

Customer service was terrible. The attendant's were talking on the phone at the same time trying to half serve me. My reservation was not ready, I had to wait around for them to locate a suite that should have been ready. The area looks like drug trafficking. The front of the place appeared to be under some type of renovation. I don't recommend this establishment at all for any service!

Hair on the floor which I swear wasn’t there when I left my room. I tend to strategically place things when I get hotel rooms bottle was touched! Door didn’t have a good lock and they asked for a $50 security deposit upon arrival after my room was paid for. Only reason I kept it because it was too late and I just off work

They refused to clean my room. The floor was full of black towels after I washed it with hot water and soap. The maids skipped my room habitually taking towels and never leaving fresh ones. I asked for housekeeping everyday and they refused. I felt like I was getting sick by just being in a dirty room so I cleaned it myself and blamed it on the choice of staff at the time but days later they still refused to clean it. Some of the staff personnel were nice and accommodating but most were rude,disrespectful,refused to return deposit after first night then refused to ensure their staff completed daily cleaning tasks.

Coming to the property I was a little hesitant but I was greeted by the nice guy at the front desk. He gave me options for a room for single or double bed and mentioned they now have deluxe rooms from recent renovations. (I got a double bed deluxe room.) When I first came into the room I was shocked. It is a hidden gem. There was hardwood floors in the room, nice tile floors in the shower. The hotel had good wifi and a microwave & fridge. Everything was clean and spotless and had no odors. I would recommend this room to anyone coming from out of town because it is safe, comfortable, efficient, and clean.

The $90 room is the best one ,everything is updated and remodeled ,close to the airport, the outside is a little ehhhhh but hey you get what you pay for lol
