The check-in process wasn't horrible, but the room had crumbs all over the floors when I arrived. There was no way of knowing the wifi password. They have two pillows per bed; I've seen 4 pillows in even the worst of hotels. There was cereal and waffles for breakfast, that's about it. The mini-fridge was the best part; kept things really cold.

This place was Absolutely disgusting, we didn’t even stay longer than 10 minutes. There was throw up by the front door, food on the floor by the lobby, broken doors, holes in the walls. And that was just before we got to our room which was atrocious, there was blood and stains on the “clean” sheets. Millions of burn holes on the blankets. It genuinely looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Just gross.

Location of the hotel, and the service were fine. The room was clean but the available outlets were unusable, pillows were the size of a decor pillow ( so bring your own), and we couldn't get any sleep do to a tenant banging all hours of the night. It sounded like construction

Hotel room had poop in toilet and urine on the toilet seat, along with wet hair in the tub. Someone pooped and peed, then took a shower and used up the towels, but never cleaned the room.or flushed the toilet. Our non smoking room had burn holes in the sheets along with brown and red and yellow stains. The hotel manager lied and said the manager wasn't in, when she is the manager, because she didn't want to deal with the problem.. very dirty

Positive: Absolutely NOTHING! Negative: EVERYTHING! It was dirty and smelled everywhere. There were beer cans in the hallway for the entire time we stayed. They were never cleaned up by staff. The staff was rude and not personable. Horrible hospitality. The entire place was filthy.

So nasty. ||2nd floor wreaks of vomit and cigarettes . || everywhere, with their loud obnoxious kids running around the hotel.I'm pretty sure they live there! ||My room smelled like men's cologne and urine, and our blankets were covered in burn holes. What a creepy place.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars for service and hospitality I would. From the moment we walked into the place, we all felt targeted by the front desk people.
Had a bday party for my oldest granddaughter, asked front desk about bringing item to lobby. They told us 20 minutes tops. Ok. I offered to clean up whatever crumbs, went to desk young lady said not to worry about it. As she had to vacuum anyway. Ok. No big deal. As someone whose worked in the hotel business before I KNOW 1st hand how they try to charge.
My personal belief is that because my daughter is white and my granddaughters are by Rachel and the lot of the girls that were there were black and I believe it was just they have racial issues towards black people, I will never. Spend another cent in that hotel.Ivan went as far as making a video of the room this way there.They couldn't charge us for a mass of the room.A room wasn't destroyed and I also took a picture of the Television, upon checking in and it had multiple scratches all over the screen which I have a picture of so, this way, there they wasn't going to charge me for damaging the television, so if you plan ongoing to this Hotel I suggest don't bother wasting your money. And the hot tub Jacuzzi in the swimming pool area makes a God.Awful screeching noise when you turn it on.

I still haven't got my deposit back and it's been over a week. At check out.... Another person and I waited over 40 mins for someone to come to the desk. Call the phone number several times with no answer. I couldn't wait any longer. We left the room very clean. There is no reason we shouldn't get the deposit back. Y does it take so long?
