The condition of this park prompted me to write this review. Upon arriving at my site, I was struck by the numerous cigarette butts littered across the ground, making it feel as though I were walking in an ashtray. It was so overwhelming that I put on rubber gloves and picked up all the trash in my vicinity. The trash bins are situated right in the center of the park, making them unsightly and unpleasant to smell. Furthermore, the drain for gray water and sewage is located on the opposite side of the drainpipe at the back of the lot, which appears to be a common practice overall. Unfortunately, my tube wasn't long enough to reach it. The park's bathroom is typical of public parks: overused and poorly maintained. The only redeeming quality of this RV park is its very convenient location.

I love the peaceful atmosphere, and the location is perfect—close to shops and attractions but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. Five stars all the way!

My recent stay at Sunshine Mile RV Park was nothing short of delightful! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating manager, Rose. Her warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire visit.

The cleanliness of the park was impeccable - it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the grounds and facilities. After a busy day exploring the nearby street fair, returning to a spotless environment was a true pleasure.

One of the highlights for me was the hot shower facilities. There's nothing quite like a refreshing shower after a day of adventure, and Sunshine Mile RV Park delivered on that front. The hot water was plentiful and the facilities were well-maintained.

As a pet owner, I was pleased to find a designated doggie area on-site. While it may have been small, it was perfect for my fur baby to stretch her legs and take care of business.

Overall, my experience at Sunshine Mile RV Park was exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, cleanliness, and amenities made for a truly memorable stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip through the area. Thank you, Rose, and the entire team, for your hospitality!

I never leave reviews but this place deserves a 1 star from me and here’s why… We arrived and started pulling down the very narrow street to get to our “pull through” site. We couldn’t make the turn fully so had to go around and try a different approach. There is a massive thorn tree that is low hanging and we had to go through it right on the Main Street of the park. Scratched up the roof of our class A and was worried it took the ac unit out even going so slow. Then we pull in and go to get set up and there are hornets everywhere while I’m trying to hook up to the broken 30 amp box. I had to use the empty site next to me for power and that box was in pretty bad shape too. I do not recommend this place for any class A motorhome.

Ms Rose makes this place feel like home while not home. My wife and I travel in our RV and have stayed in many many places and can complain about every single one in some way. The host does absolutely anything she can to make our stay better and just the short time we've been here we have seen better security, clean sites, has a bath house she cleans regularly. She's a one man team who's doing all she can to make our stay better. Even when my wife and I have called her on her days off and late at night she has always been available to assist anyone. The location is a busy area which no one can control but close to absolutely anything you need or want. Along with the very best price around. We thank you so much Ms Rose for all your hospitality so far and for the next 2 months we're in Tucson.

Though I won't take away from other reviews & what they say about Rose, I do wish her personality & outgoingness extended to business practices when it comes to billing. In 20+ yrs of rving I've only moved once @ a park during a stay due to a black line blockage, here inside of 10 I had to move 3 times. Initially reserved a 30amp back in slot for 7 days (8/10-8/17). Spot stated up to a 30' rig, yet even if there'd been room to cut & back my 24 footer in the hitch & landing gear would've been 2' into the lane. Contacted Rose who promptly offered up a slot about 4 places down. The next day at about 1230pm the pedestal's breaker began tripping w solely the a/c unit running. Helped maint check it out, and although the breaker was fine the 20+ yr old wiring behind the panel was shot and burned through the sheathing. Hence a 2nd move on behalf of the park's necessitating. Shy of the weeks end I found I would have to extend, no problem I'm told but AGAIN will have to move as slot has been reserved starting the 18th. Okay I say and find out where she wants to put me. Slot is actually directly across from where I'm at. 3rd move now. Week's end result, the reservation never showed up and when I get the emailed receipt for the extended days I am confronted w a charge that for 3 days is $20 odd dollars less than it was for the 7 days reserved, each being greater than $240. And why, we'll Rose decides I'm going to pay the rate for the 50amp site SHE has decided to move me to. No heads up that it's going to cost me more or such, not that it should of as w proper upkeep & maint I'd have still been in the 1st 30 Amp slot I'd paid for at $30 + fees per night. Highly recommend looking at Google maps as you select your spot here, lanes are about 10' wide, but maneuvering to back in a challenge as many trailered here are extended stay if not permanent, on the back lane there are a couple that believe their spot comes w parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. In my 2nd space (considered a pull thru) it in no way could be done, and I found myself backing my rig out to get free. Over all I'd say okay for a night or a long weekend, but if your in town to work or visit for anytime longer than that, you may choose to shop around.
