We got breakfast from the Sunrise Breakfast Food Truck LLC a couple of weeks ago. The filling was lacking in the omelette, and I didn't get the spinach that I paid extra for. I contacted the food truck and they said that they would be refunding the veggies. 10 days later and I still don't have a refund. I contacted the food truck this morning, and they advised me to contact DoorDash. The run around to get my money back has been ridiculous. DoorDash won't do anything and the restaurant says that they refunded it. The entire refund debacle has soured my experience.
The food was, overall, really good. I was also shocked to see turkey bacon on their menu. You don't see that very often. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I'll trust another delivery order from here. 😕

The food is really good if you can actually get it - unfortunately, they don’t seem to be open on any consistent schedule.
Tried ordering from DoorDash on Tuesday 6/4 at 8:50am - after 40 minutes, my order was cancelled and they had apparently decided to close for the day.
Tried again around the same time on 6/6 and a third time today, 6/7. They’re closed and not accepting orders.
It’s a shame, they used to be one of my go-to breakfast places but their hours just don’t make sense anymore.

Not Reliable….Not Dependable….No Showed & Never Called!!!! You were suppose to be at a private event on Sunday, May 26th from 10am-2pm for breakfast/brunch. You were booked in January & I talked with you on Tuesday, May 21st to confirm all good including address & you said yes!!!! You didn’t even have the decency to answer any of my calls the morning of our event on Sunday, May 26th. Lots of people were expecting breakfast/brunch that day….Really sad way to run a business!!

Update: you did apologize 3 days later & admitted you all over booked & knew it…then why wasn’t I notified you weren’t coming? As I said previously none of my calls were returned! There were 2 calls answered 1 I was immediately hung up on & the other you had me on the phone for 26 minutes where I could hear conversation between several of I’m assuming your employees at the event that you did show for!!! Sad way of conducting a business!!! Too late as far as m concerned!! Left a lot of people waiting for your food truck!!!
